I moved from Austin to Omaha and had about 30 boxes shipped here. I needed to store them in a locker until I found a place to live. I wandered over to Urban Storage because it was closest to where I work. The guys were extremely nice. When my boxes arrived, I thought I might need a bigger locker, but the manager (Jake) took a look and said "no we can fit them in the smaller one" and he proceeded to do just that. Although I paid him for the help, he didn't ask for money. Another guy who works there (I think he's the owner's son) helped me with some stuff on a different day. Then when I left the locker I forgot to formally check out, so an extra payment went through. I gave them a call and Jacob reversed the payment, no problem. They just don't play the games that some locker facilities play, like requiring you to give a big notice when you are leaving or making you sign a contract for a certain amount of time.
Description of Work: Locker facility - they rented me a locker and helped me move boxes into it. By the way to Angie's List people - this was not done in a home, so you should not be requiring me to enter a home build year.
