I was impressed enough with Robert's patience and knowledge on the phone with me, that I decided to take my laptop in to have him service it. Once again, he patiently listened to my questions and concerns, and then told me what he could do. Even though I was in the middle of a project I needed the computer for, I left the laptop with him when he assured me that he would have it ready the next morning. He was as good as his word.
My son and granddaughter have had work done there in the pastl, which is how I first heard of Special Touch; and I was confident that I could trust him. I absolutely will use him again and highly recommend him.
