The team arrived on time, did a walk through with me to be certain they understood the scope of the job, then immediately went to work cleaning the carpet. They managed to remove a stain in the basement carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. They left the carpet looking great!

They did come in at the time they said. They were available very soon unlike most other cleaners who are backed up pretty long.

The guys showed up on time. They were professional and polite, and explained what they were going to do, and how the process worked. The work was completed in a timely manner and the clean up great. I would recommend this company.

We had just completed having our kitchen completely renovated. Everything in our house was very dusty and grimy. Our contractor referred us to Joel (Sharp Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning) who promptly came to our house on November 18, 2014 to do an estimate. Because our hallway carpet needed stretching, he referred us to a professional carpet person (Casey) who came the next day and accomplished the stretching. Joel returned with his crew on Nov 21, 2014 to clean the ducts and carpet. Everyone involved with this project was neat, clean, and professiona and personablel. We will contact Sharp again for future work and definitely recommend them.

Went well took about 1to 1.5 hours, friendly staff. Listened to my requests on new wood flooring. He went ibto detail avout every step. Showed before pictures of dirt and dust.

He showed up on time and was very professional, explained any additional charges and offered to complete an extra area (for a fee) that wasn't included in the package. Worked quickly and did a great job.

Great phone call with Joel, answered my questions and explained the process. They cleaned the same week I called. Arrived on time and I assume the system got cleaned. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, no up selling! The poor grade I gave for professionalism was because they did not adequately look over my system to understand how everything was connected. This resulted in a blow out into our bedroom with dust from the vents flying everywhere. I opened the windows and vacuumed and dusted once they left but it wasn't the best experience to see all of the dust we were trying to get out of the house floating around in our bedroom! My other issue came with their cleaning up. They cut two holes into our trunk line which I gave the thumbs up on, however I noticed the next day there were metal shavings all over my carpet they neglected to clean up. So ultimately the job got done for an inexpensive price but the experience was not without its hitches.

They came out and cleaned the carpets. They did almost our entire house and it was much softer and cleaner when it dried. They did an excellent job.

Very professional and detailed service in a 1950s house. Vacuumed out decades of dirt, dust and pet dander from previous owners. HVAC runs near silent now and house smells fresh and clean. Will definitely use again.

They were able to get to our house quickly - within a week of calling. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling, but they were still able to come out the next day. The carpets cleaned up great and they were able to pull up some orange paint stains and coffee stains on our ivory carpet. They did a great job!

We purchased a "deal" on Angie's list that was $299 for duct and dryer vent cleaning, then emailed Joel. He called back to set up a time for the cleaning, giving us a two hour window (8am-10am) that they might arrive and letting us know that the service would take about 2 hours. Joel called a little before 8am to let us know he and his team were on their way. They arrived promptly when they said they would. Joel walked me through all of what was going to happen so there would be no surprises. He did offer a "sanitizing" option for an extra $60, but it was not a hard sell at all, and we ended up taking it (mostly because our ducts had never been cleaned in the 10 years we've owned the house). All the work was done exactly as promised. Joel's team (Tim and Trevor in our case) were very professional and extremely nice to deal with. Joel had me look at some of the ducts before cleaning, and Tim showed me pictures after cleaning, just to be sure I knew they had done the job properly. They cleaned up what little mess they had made and packed everything back into their truck. The whole job took just under 2 hours. Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism, and very satisfied with the work that was done. I would absolutely recommend Joel and the team at Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to anyone!

They explained what they were doing and did a brief inspection of the furnace and around the house to find all the supply & return vents. They were thorough and efficient. They removed and reattached all the vents, and even replaced some of the screws that were worn out. The dryer vent was also cleaned out. We noticed an improvement in air quality almost immediately.

Joel was very good about contacting me and getting an appointment set up. He had a time set back on the day of the cleaning but called early and apologized, which was extremely nice of him (and I was ok with that). Called to let me know he and his crew were on their way as well. Walked him thru my home and showed him where the vents were all located, as well as the furnace. He was very dedicated to walking me thru the process of what exactly they would do and why they need to do it. I paid the extra 75.00 to have the lines sanitized (if you are paying to have them cleaned you might as well make sure they get sanitized too!) I really liked that the 199.00 deal was all inclusive so that I didn't have to pay any extra, but that they offer a sanitizing option if I wanted it. (It was very LOW to NO pressure which was great!) The crew came in and quickly got to work and were very professional. They were polite and made sure to clean up any mess (I had a bit of debris come back out of a vent and they cleaned it up when they were done.) I would highly recommend them, and I when I next need service for a dry vent cleaning, carpet cleaning or down the road another duct cleaning I'll be certain to give them call to see what they can do for me!
