Came out right after we called. Removed a ton of stuff from our dryer vent - working both from outside and inside. Friendly, neat help who cleaned up after themselves. We have just called and cancelled the new washer and dryer we were going to buy. How fortuitous that we saw Angie's ad about this today!

After having a negative experience with another provider that I had purchased a discount deal for, I found this company on Angie's list. They were responsive, well priced, professional, and didn't try to hide their fees like others did. They were able to set an appointment within a few days of when I called and everything went smoothly. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very responsive from the first phone call. They were very professional, detailed the procedure, walked through the house with me and worked quickly and quietly cleaning up everything before leaving ensuring I had all my questioned answered and I was satisfied. Highly recommend!!

They cleaned the vents as promised but I found areas were it appeared some dirt was left behind on the floors near the vent.

I purchased a Big Deal for air duct cleaning, and boy was it worth it! They showed up on time, were professional, fast and thorough. Joel showed up a few minutes ahead of his team to get the layout of the house and then he went over everything with me while the team got started. He explained the process, and recommended a sanitizer, which I purchased because my family and I have allergies. They were very fast and cleaned everything up beautifully.

When he came out the first time, I felt like he wasn't even paying attention to what I had to say. The day came for the work to be done, I took the day off work, and he shows up with an assistant. All he did was wonder around and talk to his assistant and ignored me. His partner opened up his tool box right against the wall that I just had painted. I went to the bank to get the money to pay them and when I came back, they were both gone. There was someone else there that requested the payment and told me he would take the money and pay them. I paid him, locked up and left. My son came over shortly after and called me and asked if I saw all the marks all over my newly painted walls. I called the cleaner and asked him about it and he said he would have to come back and see if he actually made those marks. This paint job was very expensive and this house was empty so it had to have been him. He came back out, walks past me to look at the scratches, and very rudly said, "this isn't a very expensive house to begin with". He said when the painters come back to fix the scratches to send him the bill and I haven't heard from since. The worst of the worst experience I have ever had. "WELL ITS YOUR FAULT ANYWAY, YOU WERENT WATCHING HIM DO IT", is what he said to me. I haven't ever had this done before and I was gone getting his money to pay him and he has the nerve to say that to me. I work full time and I am a window so this was a lot of money to me and no one should ever hire this company.

Terry and his crew are FANTASTIC!!!!! I feel bad this review is coming so late, but things have been a little crazy. My wife was pregnant with our fist child and I had a list of things I wanted done before the baby came. First, I wanted the carpents cleaned after years of abuse by our dog and inlaw's dogs. I researched online and called a few places but Terry seemed friendly and professional, so I gave his company a try. I am so glad I did!! His rep was prompt, friendly, professional and did a first rate job. Terry even took the time to follow up with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. That is a pretty rare things and I appreciated it. I was so satisfied that a week later I called Terry back to have he and his team clean our air ducts. Again, I was very impressed. Terry went so far as to stop by to introduce himself before his crew started the job. If you need your carpets or air ducts cleaned, call Terry. You will not be disappointed. My husband and I noticed an odd smell in our house. We booked Sharp Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning to come and clean our ducts. Terry and his team showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and they found the source of the smell and erradicated it. We noticed immediate results. We were very happy with the price we paid and the service we received. We will definitely call on Sharp for future cleaning needs.

They were wonderful. They were professional and on time. They told us what they were doing and they explained everything. If we had questions they answered them. They even came back a second time to verify everything was okay.

The guy who did the couch left a big water streak.

The work he did was fine. However, I had to fend off several "up sell" attempts. First, he pushed some sort of additional treatment on the ducts. Then, he strongly suggested a Scotchguard treatment on the carpet. Then, he wanted to do other rooms that we had not requested. I am sure these were all valuable services. I felt, however, that he under bid the project with the hopes of adding more services on later. I didn't appreciate the hard sell at all.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the service and both their punctuality and the price, but we were very upset with a situation that really showed poor professionalism. We paid them via check and they misplaced the check by dropping it by accident in one of the trash cans. When they called us on this we informed them we had given them the check but they insisted that we hadn t. We then had to back track the check and found that not only had we been right but the check was later found in one of the dumpsters in our home. This little situation is too bad because we would have used them again if not for the unprofessional behavior they showed us after they finished the job.

I thought that Sharp was very well worth the price that I paid and I also thought they did an exceptionally good job considering how big the place is. They got all the little dustings and drywall out of the ducts. They were just magnificent. They were very professional and very courteous as well.

Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning had a very good service. They came out with their tools. They were clean cut, very friendly and just did a great job. They were done in about two hours with everything. The cleaning is suppose to last us about four years. They were very prompt at getting out here and doing the job.

Sharp Carpet Cleaning does a good job on our carpets. We have used them to clean our carpets a few times. We are always pleased with the results. The workers have always taken the time to do a quality job. I will continue to use their services and I would also recommend them to my friends.
