Fantastic crew and great work at a reasonable price. I am VERY impressed with the repair that was done and the manner in which it was completed. I have used Red Plumbing before and will again should the need arise. I highly recommend them.

Dave arrived early and got right to work replacing the shut off valves on all the plumbing. I'd never had shut off valves on one bathroom sink and the others were either original to the house or were installed incorrectly and could not be shut off. He worked on the upstairs toilet. I had water appearing on the basement floor that appeared to be coming from that toilet after a remodel of the bathroom. He put in new bolts, ring and spacers since the flooring went from linoleum to ceramic tile after the remodel. I've used Red D Plumbing before and always found them to be professional and very good at what they do. I feel confident we've resolved the water problem.

Red D Plumbing came to the house to install new fixtures in the kitchen. We discussed that he would put Moen brand fixtures in and he would have to go ahead and order the parts. When it came to the installation it wasn't till he had finished that I found out he had installed plastic rather than a Moen fixture. I told him I didn't want a plastic fixture and I wanted my old one back. But he stated it was clogged on one end. He said that was no problem. He would take it back to his shop and use an air compressor to unblock it. He then told me the fixture had broken while he was cleaning it with his compressor and he never returned it to me. He lied to me about installing Moen, but instead installed a cheap plastic fixture. When I saw what he had done and questioned him about not using a Moen, he did a complete 180 and said he's had a lot of trouble with Moens. In regard to my bathroom, I had an old-style pedestal sink in which David was going to install new fixtures after I had the sink refurbished. When David took the sink out to take it to the refurbisher, he said it broke. But he took it up there anyway and the owner, Greg, said it was broken and it would not work. Greg said it couldn't be refurbished and I would have to buy a different vintage pedestal sink. Because these vintage sinks are hard to come by, I had to wait 3 months before Greg got another one in. So I incurred a double payment having to replace the sink and refurbish the newly purchased one.? During the installation of the refurbished vintage pedestal sink, I noticed the unit had three holes in it, wheres mine had only two. I asked David what the third hole was for and his stuttered response was that it had something to do with the over-flow. I knew it was a hole for a water spout and not something to do with the over-flow. Later I called Greg and asked him what the third hole was for in the sink he had just refurbished for me, and he confirmed it was for a water spout. I feel David was lying to me to make the job easier for himself. I called David and told him I had called Greg and Greg said that was for a water spout and that I was going to order one. I asked him to replace it and he said he would. But after the new fixtures arrived and I called David, he said he would get back to me when they could get out here. But he didn't come out and I didn't hear from him again. I sent him an email and made several phone calls but I did not receive any response. I knew he was screening his calls because he knew it was me and he didn't want to have to deal with this sink fixture issue. When David gave me the bill for his service, it was just under $1,000 and he did not reimburse me for the broken sink or the broken kitchen fixture. I am very disappointed with the whole experience with this company and feel like I have been take for a ride.

Dave and his crew were great and very professional. On the initial estimate, he gave me a proper written quote that detailed the work he would do and how the cost would break down. A lot of contractors just seem to pull a number out of their butt and don't do a good job of justifying the cost. I didn't get that impression from Dave at all.
They re-did most of my house's supply-side plumbing, but he brought his entire crew over and they finished the job in one day. He was also cool with me supplying my own faucet valve/trim and water softener, something that other contractors have given me grief about. Overall, I would use this company again...highly recommended!

We used Red D Plumbing in Omaha, Nebraska. We used them last year in the Spring. I believe we spent $90 or $100. The work was very good. They are professional. They are very good, professional and friendly.

They came the same day I called (amazing!) and were polite, professional and when I had a question a few days later, answered it promptly. They charge VERY reasonable prices (cost above includes the valve) and I highly recommend Dave and his staff. They were also very respectful of my house and left it just as clean as when they came. I've had people from MUD and other places track mud all over my house, so their care is greatly appreciated.

Very impressed with David's responsiveness to initial inquiries, along with his punctuality. He was polite, professional and got right to work. He brought along an apprentice who helped who was also polite. At the "mega-retailer" where I purchased the water heater there were about four plumbing venders who's information was available for heater installation. I called two of them. Red D Plumbing got back to me before the other and was more willing to "shoot a price estimate" over the phone than the other. So, I hired him and made an installation appointment with him. He showed up on time, got the work done in less time than he estimated and the final cost, parts and labor, ended up in the middle of his price range estimate. I waited nearly 10 days after the install to rate this here to help ensure no problems would pop up, none so far.
