Description of Work: When our refrigerator began to not be able to hold temperature we called Nebraska Home Appliance based on recommendations from our neighbors. They were excellent in setting up an appointment that fit my schedule and keeping me informed about the status. They sent Travis who quickly diagnosed what the problem was and then went ahead and replaced the compressor that had failed. This was a fairly complex repair which he was able to complete in a timely manner. It was very apparent that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. I was very impressed and will be calling Nebraska Home Appliance the next time that I have a problem with one of my appliances.

They even covered it under warranty and I didn't think they would beings it was my fault, a necklace had gotten caught around the agitator. They fixed it very quick and were out the door.

+ -1 moreThey looked at my washing machine and said the part that told my machine to go to the next cycle had burned out, so they fixed it. They got it fixed without any problems. They were very respectful in my home. They showed up on time and did a quick job.
Description of Work: They repaired my washing machine because it would only go through the wash cycle. It wouldn t drain or go through the rinse cycle.
