The quality of the installation was fantastic. The value was very good. The crew kept the site extraordinarily clean. The only complaint was the lack of responsiveness after the contract was signed. We had several home improvement projects scheduled in a tight timeframe last year, and there were more than five "no-show" dates (i.e. promises to appear on site that were not honored). I understand that the company was busy, but the lack of accountability was very disappointing. (There was never an offer of compensation or even an apology from the Owner.) The quality of the work is incredible and I would certainly not hesitate to use The Gutter Company again. (They put a lot of pride into their work.) However, I would make sure that my expectations for the schedule were in writing before I signed the contract to avoid any misunderstandings.

The work that Gutter Company did for us was great. The crew was very polite and respectful. They were also very prompt. We had one little problem as they quoted us $1,000 and then they tried to charge us $1,400. We did complain and they decided in order to keep us as a happy customer, they would meet us in the middle with the price.
