The company dropped me from their list of clients with no explanation or notice. When I contacted them they said that I was not on their list of clients at my condominium. When they asked If I wanted to schedule an appointment, I told them no, a business that acts in this manner can't have my business.

When I asked if he thought I would need a new air conditioner soon, he didn't try to sell to me. He was honest, and let me know that as long as no one accidentally hit it will the weed trimmer, it should last for a while. I appreciate that.

All 3 of their techs were prompt, efficient and friendly and professional.

Technician arrived right on time and completed the job in 45 minutes. He performed a thorough inspection and cleaned a few parts. He was very professional and friendly and provided me with a written detailed description of the work he performed for my records. Only complaint is that he had accidentally left the humidifier on after he completed his inspection but I caught it a couple days later. Overall, I am satisfied with the work of the company and will continue to use its services.

D and H Service came here the next day after I called them about our air conditioning not working. The worker was very courteous. He was able to repair it quickly. The price was very reasonable. We have not had any problems since they were here. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I was impressed with how fast they sent a tech out to the house. He called first and then came right out on time. I felt safe because my mom had used him also so I knew there wouldn't be any hidden surprises. He worked hard and quickly to get the job done.
