My heater went out on a Tuesday. The owner Jeff is top notch and was out to our house by Wednesday early afternoon (in the middle of a winter storm) to look at it. He even loaned us 3 space heaters. He was a god send. Jeff went over all of our options, repair vs. replace, and helped us make the right decision for our home. Had we been able to be home, the new system would have been installed that Friday. On the day of installation, Nate arrived bright and early at 8am and worked non stop until 5pm. Him and his team were prompt, professional, and worked their butts off the entire 8 hours. Everyone I have spoken with, from the office team to the techs, have been amazing! I have complete piece of mind now that I have a new HVAC system and a great company in my corner. Complete comfort is A++++. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

After deciding we wanted to go with a geothermal system (and yes, they are as good as they say they are, our electric dropped over 40% on average), we had four different companies provide us with estimates for the work. They were all withing about 5% of each other, but I found Jeff to be capable of really explaining (not selling) our options and he made very sound recommendations during the estimating process. Due to the need to coordinate with the well company, it was several weeks after the contract signing before the installation actually started (if you wait until your old system is DEAD beyond repair, selecting a geothermal replacement is probably not an option) - Complete Comfort (at no additional charge) came out and serviced our old limping heat pump to keep it running until the new system could be installed. Mind you, this work was taking place in August so this was critical to us. The total project took about a full week (most of this due to the digging of the wells for the geothermal loops), but they coordinated everything so that we kept our current system up and running for all but about half a day when they had to disconnect our old system and switch everything over to the new system. With Geothermal all equipment is on the inside (where your current air handler is), and they pulled out and disposed of all our old equipment, modified the duct work and hooked up the new system all in one afternoon. They are my HVAC company forever.

In December of 2009 (during one of the coldest winters on record), we noticed that our 18-year-old furnace was no longer maintaining the temp set on our thermostat. We asked two local HVAC companies to come out to diagnose the problem and provide us a bid on a new furnace. The first one was one of the larger companies in town - the one we had been using for service and maintenance. The second company was Complete Comfort, whom I contacted based on the recommendation of a good friend in the HVAC business. Two important points about Complete Comfort: (1) While both companies diagnosed the problem as a bad heat exchanger, Jeff from Complete Comfort informed us the heat exchanger might still be under warranty. While here, he made some phone calls, confirmed the warranty, and gave us the option of having the heat exchanger replaced for only the labor charge. (2) Jeff's bid on a new, top-of-the-line Bryant furnace, Evolution Series thermostat, and humidifier was approximately $1000 lower than the comparable Trane system bid by the first company. Easy choice. Given the weather we were experiencing, it was important for us to get the new system in place as soon as possible. Complete Comfort rose to the challenge. Within two days of our accepting their bid, the work began. Two days later, we were enjoying our new Bryant system. The work was done quickly and professionally, with time taken to explain our new system and the operations of the Evolution climate control system. I should also note that there was additional work required to bring our furnace room up to current code -- specifically two vents needed to be installed in the wall between the furnace room and the basement family room. Despite the close quarters involved, these vents were installed cleanly, and are barely noticeable. Complete Comfort also committed to coming out this spring (as soon as it warms up!) to check our A/C system to ensure it's ready for summer. And although we didn't need our air conditioner replaced at the time of our furnace work, you can be assured that when we do, Complete Comfort will get the call. Recommended without reservation.

Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling was a great company to deal with and have done a great job keeping our unit running smoothly. They did a thorough inspection and explained their results so we would be completely updated. We have used them for three years now and wouldn't want to use anybody else.

Complete Comfort Incorporated does a great job of making sure that our air conditioner and furnace are working properly before the season begins. The men that they send out are very nice people and our air conditioner and furnace have worked great since then.
