Jeff is the guy who comes out. I love him and he rocks. He is a small business owner like me. I have referred him to clients. He does carpet cleaning for my parents too. It’s personal to him. He is a good guy. I love doing business with him especially after my dog takes off in the middle of the night and then has diarrhea for a week. He is punctual and truthful. With the dog stuff, he told me what to do and what not to do. He is very honest and does good work. I spent about $100 for the last job. Jeff had a special stuff to remove not only the stains, but also the stench. I wish I would have called him much sooner than I did, but he couldn’t come out until the dog was done. I had another carpet cleaning guy who came out a few years ago who was so arrogant. I would use Jeff in the future too. In fact, I have a client who is having him come out. So, Jeff is a good guy.

There are no remaining stains. The carpet and the furniture look great. The entire operation is self-contained in a van so there's no need fo hook up to your faucets. Jeff is happy to talk about what he's doing if you have any questions while he's working. He places non-porous pads under furniture so the carpet will not retain moisture. I'm very happy with the services I've received from this company and I will hire them in the future.

I've had my carpets and furniture cleaned numerous times by this company. The first time they came to my house - I was a bit shocked. It was 2 guys in jeans and a van. I was a bit nervous, but they had great prices, so I went with it. However - they did an AMAZING job. They sent thank you cards in the mail. I've gotten a discount for referring people. They've got stains out I assumed were permanent. They're honest guys who do a hard days work. They've even came back out after we moved out of our home to satisfy the new homeowner (not an easy take) on the carpet cleaning job they did for us before we moved. They're not a chain company with super nice uniforms and a fancy van, but they do a great job and the price is amazing compared to what we got quoted by some of the chain companies. Jeff was a little late getting here due to a detour that takes traffic a good 8 miles out of the way. He was very friendly and courteous as he and his helper cleaned the carpets. They moved furniture and kept to the estimate so I knew exactly how much I would pay. Total time to clean 2000sq ft was about 1 hour.
