During the landscaping work done in 2013, they did not tie the rock area in front of the house to the existing rock area as discussed. I called them multiple times during installation and left messages to remind them to do so, but never received a call back. The owner finally called me back at least two months after the project was completed. It was a small thing, so I let it go The contract states that the plants have a 1 year guarantee. We lost all 9 of our coral bells (cost of 89.10) and 3 astilbe (cost of 25.65) over the past winter. This spring and to date, I have sent two emails and called the owner twice regarding the lost plants with no response. Also, the mulch they laid down was so thin that the landscaping fabric began showing thru within a few months. Since the owner will not respond to my emails or return my calls, I have resigned myself to finding another landscaper and replacing the plants and mulch myself.
Description of Work: Landscaped a hill in our front yard, including plant recommendations, laying landscape fabric and mulch, and installation of plants in May 2013.
