Contacted ABC as well as three other exterminators to conduct an inspection for suspected bed bug infestation and provide a suggested treatment plan and cost estimate. As this was a rental property, I asked them to please speak only to me, the property owner, directly and to provide information regarding the outcome of the inspection, recommended treatment and cost estimate to me only. I was advised they charged $40 to make the inspection. They were the only exterminator that charged an inspection fee. On inspection they spoke directly to one or more tenants, advised them of their findings, suggested a treatment plan and provided them with a pretreatment list of things to do. Also suggest to the tenants that they buy some product to use temporarily pending the full treatment. This was all done without my consent. On being contacted by ABC, I was given a cost estimate that was twice as high as any other bid I received for the first two treatments. I was also advised that 3-5 treatments would likely be necessary, even though the infestation was minimal. Extrapolating the estimated costs per treatment to cover 3-5 treatments resulted in an estimated total cost of $2,400 - $4,000, which was approximately double the cost estimates of what appeared to me to be comparable service. For all of this, I got to pay them a $40 inspection fee. While they were cordial, I found their failure to follow basic instructions and extremely high pricing to be totally unacceptable.

They were great. They treated more than what we originally said that they're going to. I don't know what they did outside but it seemed to work. They were excellent all around.

Technician Ryan showed up on time, asked me about any pest issues we had inside and recommended a treatment. He explained everything, was very professional and we have had not issues since he was here. Very happy with the service.

This is the second visit from ABC Termite and Pest Control and we couldn't be happier. Both technicians were very respectful, professional and punctual. We were seeing a lot of roaches and some spiders. We used a different company previously and we were not seeing significant results. The previous company didn't even take time to look around or discuss the roach problem with us. Anyone that has dealt with roaches before knows the hassle! Aaron and Ryan from ABC took the time to discuss the roach issue, looked around the house and explained everything. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The improvement since ABC has been visiting our house is amazing! Honestly couldn't be happier. I would refer anyone to ABC without hesitation.

I'm rating this overall as a B experience. I noticed on the deal is says the office will call you to schedule something within 48 hours, but it took a few days before I received a call. Not a huge deal, but they should probably not set expectations unless it can be met. The person from the office who did call to schedule a date was great and the few times I needed to call back, she was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. Huge plus in my book. Once we had an appointment scheduled, I asked that they call ahead of time to allow travel time to have someone be home since they needed to go inside our house. On the day of the appointment the service tech called, but when I called back within 5 minutes to let them know my wife was not going to be there by accident, they were already at our door. Not exactly much lead time. I explained to him that my wife was supposed to be home, but forgot as she left to run an errand. He tried to tell me that it was okay because he was only doing an exterior, but I let him know the deal I bought was for interior as well. He then twice tried to convince me what he had on his paperwork was correct and I must be mistaken. I finally ended the call saying we had to reschedule anyway and I would clear it up with the office. The day of the reschedule, the tech was on time. Nice enough guy, but he walked through our house with muddy boots on and left a mess. I had also inquired (even ahead of our appointment) about the spray being Pet Friendly and they said it was. The tech even said the spray would dry in 48 seconds. Odd number, but sure. However, that was not the case. It was wet for well over a couple of hours. While we tried to move things away from our walls, he sprayed on and over personal belongings as I attempted to follow and move them out of the way. Like I said, nothing horrible, but not the best field customer service, which is the direct link to your customer for these services. Not sure if I would use them again or not, but I don't think you will be out anything if you did.

Did a good job, have not seen many bugs in the house since their treatment.

Coated the entire exterior of the house with chemical. Saw spiders making a run for it the next couple of days. Suggested doing a chemical powerwash in the spring to prevent unwanted guests next year and treat again in the fall to keep bugs from hibernating inside during the winter.

I had a problem with spiders in the basement and provider concentrated on that area. Also avoided bedroom area at my request. It's been two months since the treatment and I am happy with the results will use ABC again.

Positives: easy to schedule an appointment and accomplished the work! Negatives: paperwork provided from the bug company to the technician had the wrong address, technician wasn't great on customer service basics. Mitigating factors: My home address and the address I had the work performed at were different (see below) and the technician was new to the company. What happened: I purchased it to use on my parents house that I am maintaining for them while the house is vacated. Scheduled it for right after work so I could make it but due to a work conflict, I was going to be a bit late so had my sister swing by to standby for the appointment. My sister was at the house waiting for the guy to show and by the time I got home to my house (right at original appointmenet time), the pest guy was waiting patiently at my residence. I specifically listed the correct address when I filled out the form and again when setting up the appointment. However the guy showed at the address associated with my angies account and credit card.Not sure how that went wrong. Not a whole lot of confidence in the guy during application. For such a small house (800 sqft) it took quite awhile. Guy asked me to pay the cost of the service, even though I had an Angies List coupon and already paid. I explained to him that in the past I had been asked to pay sales tax at time of service but that I was not going to pay again. If he didn't know what I was actaully supposed to pay, he needed to let the company know to contact me. He grumbled about only working there a short time so didn't know what the process was. 2 weeks later I received a bill from the company asking for money again. I am not saying this is a bad company. I just think something went wrong somewhere electronically and my service tech wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box. I think I may prefer the angies' coupons were we contact the company directly to set this up vice doing the online form for all the info. Somehow this company keeps not knowing I have an angies coupon throughout this process.

Ryan showed up on time. He was personable and efficient. Three weeks later, bugs are still dying, mainly in the garage. I have never had a treatment before so have no comparison with others, but I would definitely use this company in the future.

The tech was professional and prompt. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated a heads up that they would be spraying all along the walls in the house so I could have moved everything away from the walls first. I should have realized this, but I didn't give it much thought until they got there. The tech sprayed around toys and other things near the wall that I would have liked to move first. As far as the results, I think it worked well. I was seeing some ants and spiders prior to the service and haven't seen any since.

The representative was 45 minutes late and did not call ahead because he said he didn't have my phone number on the order. My appointment was at 8:00 am by the time he started it was 9:00 am. He finished at about 9:30 am, no paper work describing the service, the chemicals, any guarantee, nothing! The service was poor and the cost was too high

The technician showed up early after he called me to see if that was OK. We consulted about the treatment of the interior and the exterior, and he went to work efficiently. We were concerned about residual odors, but there were none. We are very pleased.

Ryan was prompt, knowledgeable, understood our issue and completed the first-time spray in a timely manner. This business is competitively priced and we chose to sign a year-long service agreement with ABC. If we have any issues between the periodic treatments, we've been told to call and additional service will be provided at no cost. The service on 8/5 was specifically for an ant problem we were experiencing at the front and patio doors; one treatment rectified the problem!

Customer service was great and Zach that came out and sprayed was very efficient and friendly. I was concerned about the spray being harmful to my dog and cat and both Stacy and Zach both assured me that it wouldn't bother them (and it didn't!). It's been a week so far and I haven't noticed any bugs in the house. Great company, I would definitely use them again. I was hoping the price would be a bit cheaper (under $100) but still went with them because of the great reviews.

ABC is very reliable and professional. I even requested to have them do the termite inspection when buying our new home because I trust their technicians and findings. Great company that we have never had an issue from.

The technician were on time and very courtious. The owner and his son came to check the termite damage and recommended different treatments. They were able to schedule me in at the last minute and treat my house. Thye came by when I wasn't there and were able to do the full treatment. I would hire them again.

We are very happy with their service, professionalism, communication and the quality.

My experience with them has been great. I am currently on a plan with them and it is pretty much an annual contract. I pay them like $25 or $30 a month. They do a lot of outside treatments instead of going inside the house and stuff like that so I kind of like that. They do the perimeter around the house, the yard and everything else. They seem pretty good with me and the price of their service is excellent. If I call them, they are in here pretty much that day and their punctuality is great.

The sevice was extremely effective and pest removal and prevention was completed in a single visit. Technician was right on time, extremely professional and the service was performed one day after the service call was placed.

I used Them on April. He has taking of the problem. He's Punctual. He did a thorough examination of the bedroom area. He sprayed in the whole house. He was very professional and he was very thorough with his explanations. He was nice. He was prompt and he did a good job of getting rid of them.

After calling around to several other companies I was surprised to reach an actual person when I called ABC. Their office person was pleasant and seemed to know quite a bit about the problems we were having and offered us a few options for treatment. All of them seemed very reasonable but we wanted a high level of control to we went with their regular service. We were a little late getting there and their technician arrived ahead of us and even called us to make sure we on our way and hadn't missed the appointment. VERY COURTEOUS, NEAT AND CLEAN! There were no huge initiation fees! I have had other companies come out before and we were less than impressed. We found what we are looking for in ABC Pest Control. Professional WELL beyond our expectations!!!!!

We have used ABC Termite & Pest Control to prevent bugs in our house for three years and we have never even seen a bug. We don't have to worry about scheduling an appointment each month because they come on the same day at the same time.
