Storm Irrigation

When Jake came out I turned on the sprinklers and he said there is something wrong with that line. The sprinklers were not spraying very far is why the grass was dead. I thought I needed more heads. Jake found the problem where some pipe had split so no water pressure. I was so happy he found the problem and fixed it on the spot! Jake was great!

The work that needed to be done was done immediately. He had a bit of time between appointments and did the work right there. All my landscape lights are working and he gave me tips on switching out some fixtures and bulbs also. He was excellent! What a blessing to have someone so professional on Angie's list that you can trust.

Jake is great, I use him for irrigation work too. He is responsive and reliable. His work is great. I highly recommend him. The landscape lighting he installed looked great and he follows up to make sure you are satisfied.

It went great. The owner was extremely professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He had great suggestions on where to place the lights and helped me manage my budget while still getting beautiful lighting.

Had Storm Irrigation do a sprinkler installation on a home I built 6 years ago and just recently had them install another sprinkler system in a rental property this past year in 2016 because I was so impressed with how smooth the first installation went. Not only will they install quality parts and provide a warranty on all parts and labor but Jake the owner was on the jobsite. Plus they were competively priced and had a prompt service. I will only use Storm Irrigation for all my sprinkler needs and would highly recommend them.

Jake was very punctual (like always) with the installation. The lights look INCREDIBLE and our neighbors have started to install them, too. It's amazing how lighting transforms your property. I always recommend Jake, whether it's for irrigation or lighting services. He's a great service provider and we've always felt like he treats our property as if it was his own.

Jake did a great job with installing our sprinkler system for our new house. We got many bids, and all of the other companies want to rush to install the sprinkler system. Storm was the only company that recommended that we not install the system immediately due to the sod not being completely set in. Storm uses quality Rain Bird and Hunter products and we could not be happier with the price and quality of installation. Storm also threw in a rain sensor, something the other companies charged extra for.

I contacted Jake at Storm Irrigation on Monday, 07/25 because our sprinkler system wouldn't turn off and all of our heads weren't running (first summer in this house). He was able to make it out for service by 8am the next morning. He was here for less than an hour and 100% solved the problem. In addition to solving the issue, he made sure he knew how to run the system/programs. I would definitely recommend him!

I am very pleased with my sprinkler system install. Storm Irrigation not only was the lowest bid I received, but they also had the best parts and labor warranty. They use the same sprinkler equipment as the other two companies I received bids from, so the quality was the same for less money (that is rare in this day and age). Jake the owner was punctual and kept me in the loop about everything. All in all it was a great experience!

As a long-distance landlord, I relied upon Angie's List reviews to make a quick hiring decision. I am very thankful to have this resource considering my situation. The renters didn't report irrigation problems but when my realtor tested the system, he noticed a ruptured pipe. Obviously, the system had not been used in a long time, so I needed a repair and Spring start-up service to make this right for the next owners. Jake showed up within 24 hours to address the issue and answered all of my realtor's questions. He worked quickly and repaired the pipe and started up the system for testing, replacing two sprinkler heads along the way. All in all, I expected a $200-300 repair, but was very pleasantly surprised with the total being about $150. Nicer yet, I was able to receive the invoice via e-mail and paid using PayPal. So seamless and easy! The experience was the way it should always be but frequently does not happen in our modern world. I definitely recommend Storm Irrigation to anyone needing this type of service.

Came on designated day, did a great job, spent time checking everything. Have used services in the past, much prefer over other companies offering some service. Repairs very affordable. Very customer oriented!

I thought he was very professional and helpful. He answered my questions and showed me what he was doing to start it up and he also put the flags in to mark the sprinkler heads for the lawn service that was coming to aerate.

Jake showed up on time, having called ahead. He was very efficient and capable. Several sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. And several sprinkler heads needed to be adjusted. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

The service went great. Jake was here early. Checked everything. Answered my many questions and concerns. I have Storm Irrigation out to turn on the sprinkler system and to turn it off, which includes blowing any remaining water out of the pipes, so they don't freeze and burst during the winter. Last year I heard running water and figured it was the sprinkler system. I had a broken pipe. When I called Jake, he came out immediately. It didn't seem to be to much trouble for him, which I really appreciated. Jake is on time, reliable and always does a great job.
