They were  professional and thorough. When they were done the tech spent time answering all my questions to my satisfaction, as well as letting me know I could use a lower grade/less expensive furnace filter than the one I have been buying.

The house smells cleaner and I am no longer waking up with a sore throat. I am recommending them to my friends.

Showed up on time, very professional, took as long as they said it would (a little over 3 hrs). Did a good job as far as I could tell. My only complaint is that the cost was $110 more than the estimate. They offered to split the difference, so I paid only $50 over, which was a reasonable gesture on their part; but standing by the estimate would have been nicer, esp. since it's not cheap to begin with.

This provider is competant, well equipped, courteous and thorough. I would use them again.
Having said that, consider your goals carefully when you call them.
They will clean your ducts. Period. If you are aware of any issues with either your supply or return ducts, you will find that Midlands will do only basic and trivial repair. Further work must be done by the homeowner or a heating/cooling contractor.
I have a new high-effeciency furnace and air conditioner from Greens who, to their credit, said that the ducts in my older house needed more powerfull equipment than they posessed, and suggested I call Midlands or DuctMedic who have powerful, truck-mounted suction equipment. I called Midlands and Larry gave me an estimate of $750 and 6 hours of work. The techs showed up on-time and quickly proved to be competant, courteous and very experienced at their tasks. The supply side cleaning was relatively fast and nicely done.
Problems arose cleaning the upstairs return ducts which were all plugged from a long-ago blown-in insulation job. Two of the four returns were cleaned reasonably quickly, one was permanently plugged from a prior remodel, and one was partially plugged from electrical boxes in the return chase. The techs' attempts at cleaning the partially clogged duct were limited to re-trying their normal procedures. Eventually they said that they were three hours late for their next appointment and that they were unlikely to be successful because of the blockage. They didn't have time to use their video inspection gear on anything.
The techs returned two days later and video inspection of several places showed success, except for the blocked return. I then spent a full day with my shopvac and a homegrown video setup to unplug the return successfully. To his credit, Larry discounted his fee because the return was not unplugged by their efforts. I appreciate that.
The point of this story is to say that competant duct cleaning will restore your ductwork to it's design capabilities. It will not make a 1922 house built before central air conditioning the model of modern ductwork efficiency. That must be accomplished by you or a heating & cooling contractor.

They arrived promptly at 9AM, cleaned the ductwork and vent, answered all my questions, and left the house as they found it.  They were pleasant and easy to talk to.

They would have arrived on time however, they were on the wrong street, so they were about 10 minutes late. They were polite and careful of not tearing up the inside of my home. Shortly after they arrived our family left for the morning. (They even let our dog out, which I though was thoughful.)
Midlands called us when it was done and then we returned. They showed us the stuff that they collected from our ducts and what it actually entailed. One man also took a before and after picture. To be honest, I didn't see much of a difference in the pictures.

We had just moved into a new house and wanted to get our ducts cleaned.  I called around for estimates and read reviews on Angie's List.  After doing my research, I decided to go with Midlands.  They cleaned the ducts throughout the entire house plus the furnace and the dryer vent.  They did this for considerably cheaper than what another competitor was asking for cleaning the ducts only.  They are a small company who only does duct cleaning, and they seem to take pride in what they do.
On the day of service, they arrived slightly ahead of time and waited in the van until closer to their given time.  They then came inside, had a look at the setup and told me what they were going to do.  They took around 3 hours to finish the job, and they seemed to do a thorough job.  They answered my questions and were always polite.
After the service I called the company back because we seemed to be having an issue with one of the ducts in an upstairs bedroom.  I had to leave a message with someone who said she would call the guys who worked on it and see if they knew anything.  They called back within a half hour, and they said they would be out the next day to take a look at things.  Before they made it out however, we were able to figure out what was going on, so they did not need to return.  It was nothing they had done, just a matter of ducts in an old house and needing to figure out the quirks.
I would definitely use Midlands again.

Midland was suggested by a few friends. I called them, they were able to take my address and house measurements and provided me with an estimate. They showed up at the time promised and completed the work within a few hours.  Based on my inspection, they did a great job.

They were here on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They seemed to do a good job.
