Description of Work: The drum was slightly bent and made a loud noise. Instead of replacing the drum ($$$) the repair man just bent it a little and fiddled with it and it worked like a charm and is still working! Just had to pay for the service call couldn't remember the exact amount.

Description of Work: They installed a heating/air system for us years ago and they do our maintenance twice a year. The technician spends at least 2 hours cleaning the systems and making sure it is all running smoothly.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system in my house. Installation went well, Ismael (the installer) was great and did an incredible job. So nice getting rid of my 33 yr old unit and using this new Trane unit.

Description of Work: I was pleased with the professional manner in which the fabricators replaced all the ducting in my house without making any sort of mess. The HVAC unit instillation was equally satisfying. It was not cheap, but we more than got what we paid for. This project was completed some 9 years ago

Description of Work: They installed three high efficiency furnaces with A/C units and 1heat pump. Complete high efficiency ductwork, Energy Recovery Unit and make up air system. Trance Clean effects filtration systems were used on all the units. Comfort Master also installed all ductwork for bathroom fans And dryers. They installed gas lines for the kitchen, appliances and 5 fireplaces plus gas lines for a BBQ grill and future hot tub. All bedrooms in the house we're put on their own zone along with their own Smart thermostat. This was a state of the Art, super high efficiency heating & cooling system. Comfort Masters personal were knowledgable, prompt and highly professional. This was a complex, detailed installation with very specific requirements down to the way ductwork was run. They performed their jobs efficiently and perfectly in all aspects of the job. I could highly recommend Comfort Masters! They will do all the annual service on these systems.
