After the installer completed the work, I notice that the seam didn't look right. I vacuumed thinking the little nubs were just loose. Well that made the problem worse. The job was completed the end of June, I called early in July, the salesperson told me she would have the installer call me and come over. He called a week later and said he was on vacation until August and he would call me. He never did. I called the store again talking to our salesperson. She send another person and he laid on the floor sewing my carpet. He did say that the seam was tight and would probably come apart and he would let the store know. As the problem was still not to my satisfaction I called the store on Monday. She told me my saleslady was out until the 31st of October. She said someone would look it up and call me. No one did. On Thursday, I physically went to the store and was able to speak to the retired owner. He said he wasn't really involved with the day to day business but promised me his son would call me on Friday. No call. I called again asking for the owner. He just stepped out for lunch! Left a message with voice mail. Am still waiting.

Poor! Installer walked off the job. 2nd installer damaged baseboard. Repair person, sent by Grubbs left a mess. I have to hire a painter to repainted the baseboard!

My experience with this company was very good from the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly and my needs were listened to and carefully considered. I had one particular brand of carpet in mind, because I had seen it at Lowe's. Jim the salesperson described another option that no other carpet store had mentioned. It was the SmartStrand carpet, and it is very pet-proof. I decided to go with the SmartStrand, and I'm very glad I did. It looks beautiful, and is the softest carpet I have in my house.
The installation went great. The installers were on time and were in and out in about two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left the room looking wonderful. Oh, and their prices were the lowest.
When I am ready to put flooring in other areas of my house, I will call this company.

EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS USED THEM HAD BEEN TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO BE AROUND. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
