Three movers arrived at 8:30 am as promised. I still had some items that needed to be packed and I had run out of boxes. The movers provided boxes, tape and assistance. Furniture was disassembled before loading. We completed a walk through before leaving to be sure we had everything. At the new house everything was reassembled and placed where directed. Even moved around a few times until I could make up my mind. The movers were efficient, careful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The pricing was very reasonable. I would use this company and again and would recommend them to a friend.

The movers showed up on time and went right to work. There were three men Andrew, Trace, and Bobby. There was a struggle with the king size headboard and bringing it up the stairs, but after careful planning they were able to complete the process. I loved the fact they were able to move everything we talked about on the phone and some extra boxes. All Pro Movers really went above and beyond my expectations.

I spoke with Tony on the first call to the company. He gave me detailed information regarding the move as well as a very good price. Trace, Andrew and Bobby arrived on time and and were very personable. Trace took time to explain how the move would progress, the packing process and the paperwork. Andrew and Bobby had already started when the paperwork was completed. I had a large glass curio and they took extra care with the packing. Also Trace was very careful with the large glass shelves. All in all the move went very well and in a timely matter. I had no damage and was assured that should I find any problems later not to hesitate to call. It went very well. Every conversation with Tony regarding scheduling, questions was very courteous and professionals. The movers who did the move were all professional and very courteous. My smoothest move ever--I really appreciate the great job they did. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing moving help.

It went great. The whole experience was good. They were professional and hard workers. They worked non-stop without a break, until they got it done. The price was comparable. I would use them again.

The men were on time, friendly, joking & talkative but worked steadily throughout the day. It was very hot but they only took short water breaks except for lunch which we were not charged for that time.

For 3 weeks our move in date kept getting delayed due to closing on our mortgage. With these last minute delays, All Pro was very patient with us and actually called to check on our progress. They were very sympathetic to our situation and assured us they would be there to help when we needed them. When we moved they had 3 movers ready and really took care not to damage any of our things. Once moved in, as a courtesy, they came by to pick up our boxes for us. This was a huge help since we do not have the means to dispose of them. The one thing to take into consideration is the rate per hour. When you calculate the hourly rate, factor in a full day (if moving an entire home's furnishings). I didn't realize it would take as long as it did, but I know these guys worked hard and was really my unfamiliarity with this process. These guys will do a good job for you.

After learning that my mover of choice was unavailable for my move date, I contacted several local movers to gather quotes. Tony of All Pro Packing and Moving responded reasonably quickly. He quoted me a flat rate of $120/hr for three men and a truck and answered all my questions. When I called the day before the move to confirm the time, he was able to give me a precise window so I wouldn't be waiting half the morning. All-Pro's three-man crew showed up on time and was professional every step of the way. They did a walkthrough with me to verify what they were and were not taking, they laid down a runner to protect the floors, and they made sure furniture was securely wrapped and padded. They were as gentle as they could be with some particleboard shelving, and when it inevitably came apart, they were able to successfully reassemble it. By the time they were finished, everything was intact and right where I wanted it in my new home. The entire move took about 2 hours and 20 minutes, slightly longer than anticipated, but well within reason (it was also raining for the duration of the move). There are companies that offer a cheaper per hour rate, but All Pro's combination of a three-man (as opposed to two) crew, no minimum time, and no destination charges still made them an economically viable option. That, combined with the professionalism and experience they demonstrated, leaves me with no qualms about using them again in the future.

The guys were so nice! Very professional and courteous. Even gave me boxes prior to moving which helped with my overall moving costs.

I had a great experience with All Pro Moving company. The guys all worked really well together, worked steadily (no unnecessary breaks, etc.), and were very polite, courteous and professional. Three guys showed up. It took a lot longer to get it all done than originally anticipated, but I am not complaining because, like I said, it wasn't because they slacked off. Great work! I'd use them again. I thought their prices were very reasonable. I only gave them a B on quality because I have since found a crack in a piece of wood furniture and some small rips on my lawn furniture cushions. I feel sure they would probably repair these if I asked them to, but I haven't yet. It may be too late at this point. They also were really good about pointing out existing problems on furniture, etc. before moving, and they padded/wrapped all wood and upholstered furniture well. I have all hardwoods in my house and I don't think I saw a single scratch. Great job! Highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Tony, Marc and Bobby were delightful to work with. Tony came a few days before the requested moving day to give me a quote. On moving day, the three of them arrived full of energy for the tasks at hand. They were personable, professional, upbeat and just plain nice. They moved quickly, but efficiently and were careful with our belongings. Among the items moved was my beloved spinet piano. They did a great job with it, too! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and just may do so, to get some more of the stuff we've tried to take over on our own.

very punctual---- they were there before I was!!! Friendly and handled my items with care, wrapping and shrink wrapping. Did have bed from master nicked up but brought it to my attention immediately. Even helped us hang tv on wall before leaving.

Tony called me back promptly when I requested an estimate. He made an appointment to come over and estimate the job. He kept our appointment and we walked all over the house and discussed which itemst would be moved. He left and called me back later that night with an estimate as promised. During that phone call I decided to use his service and to insure my property. He checked with me once again to confirm our dates. On the 13th he arrived with his packers and stayed on site most of the day to supervise, and actually packed the electronics himself. On the 14th he arrived with his movers and began loading the truck. My only concern is that the move was most likely underestimated overall. The movers were very professional and courteous, and tried to get all my belongings onto the truck, but ultimately we had to leave most of the garage property in Winston. When I went out to start my car, I had a dead battery. I was at least an hour later than the truck leaving Winston. When I got to the Raleigh property, they had begun removing furniture and boxes from the truck. Those three movers, Jerry, Mark and Mert were awesome. They placed my furniture where I wanted it, put the beds together and placed them where I wanted, put the shelves back in the furniture where they belonged..... they worked well past dark making sure I was comfortable in my new home before they left. I was very impressed with Tony and his entire crew. I can recommend them with no reserverations.

I just needed a couple of strong backs to move a bedroom set into an upstairs bedroom. All the other moving company's I called had a "minimum" and this job was "too small from them." All Pro immediately returned my call and scheduled the work for the very next morning. Arrived promptly and got the job done carefully but quickly for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help.
