Well... they were late to start. Then when they finally did arrive, within the first 10 minutes I heard one of the movers say they needed to hurry up and get this job done because we have another to do and I want to go home by 5pm. First off, If I am PAYING you to do a JOB, I don't appreciate hearing this kind of talk. They were just inadequate, they got the job done, yes but I wasn't thrilled in how it was being completed. I believe they broke my washing machine and they ripped the dryer hose off of my dryer, breaking the housing on the back - we had to replace that. Yes, I said RIPPED it off, didn't bother unscrewing it just yanked it off, breaking it. We fixed the hose on the dryer but my washing machine is messed up and it was fine prior to the move. The set is only about 2 years old, if THAT. I am very unhappy with the service I received. Not to mention there was an incident or so they claim and the nancy boys called the home office and complained that my husband was acting in a violent manner. Um No he was ****** off because of their behavior and the things they had said about having another job to get to and let's hurry this one up so we can get out of here. So that did NOT make a good impression from the get-go, not to mention they were an hour late. So we were already in a mood. I gave them a fair rating because they did get the job done, but would I hire them again? Absolutely NOT.

It was very good because the price was significantly lower than others give to me. The owner tony is honest and a pleasured to work with and the workers was very friendly, hardworking and they know what they are doing.

After an initial late start, the gentlemen worked very hard and took only one break to move our items. The truck was fully packed and they took special care to pad furniture and not throw our stuff on the truck. It was obvious they were professionals.

Eric, Cedric and Jack were gentlemen with a sense of humor and courteous workers who have experience packing and moving a truck. They took direction with a smile and that made the move go smoother. Tony was also a pleasure to deal with and I had spoken with him several times over the course of months to ensure we would be able to get our belongings moved.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

All Pro Moving and Packing was great!!  We couldn't have asked for better movers.  We were in a pinch because our mover backed out the day prior, so we called All Pro last minute.  They arranged to get a truck and 3 movers out to help us, and we were so happy with their service.  Our moving crew was professional, courteous, and treated our furniture, etc., with care.  We will definitely be using them if we move in the future.  HIghly recommend!

The initial stages of scheduling the onsite estimate and the dates for service was great, and Tony was very helpful. However, the serious concerns appeared for me during the move day itself. I felt like the movers were moving almost too quickly (and I suspect it was because they knew they were not being paid by the hour). Things that I set aside to not be moved were still packed, so my grievances started with little things like picking up a pair of shoes and putting them on top of clean clothes that I had packed for the move when there was tons of free space for the shoes on the floor, or them packing brand new rolls of paper towel and antibacterial wipes that were still in plastic wrap that I clearly had purchased and left on the counter for clean-up throughout the move. However, my biggest issue with my packing services was one that I cannot overlook: when the movers first entered my apartment, I cautioned them that there were bug traps all around the perimeter because I was in a long-term battle with the pest control company, and I advised them to be aware of any bugs that may have been hiding in my belongings. As she was packing, the woman who was leading it told me that she hadn't seen any bugs, which was a relief....until I saw that she had collected a pile of traps (with bugs in them) and placed them on top of my bathroom sink. Upon seeing them, I FREAKED out and asked her why she was picking them up off of the floor, and she was surprised, saying that she didn't realize what they were. This excuse might make sense at first, until you remember that bug traps look like bug traps and have bugs in them. It also gives me pause to wonder why she would pick up anything from the floor to pack it with anything else. When I moved into my new apartment, I actually found two of the traps (lucky for me, neither of them were empty); one was packed up in a bread pan with my spices and another was wrapped up in paper with my DVD player. I found them both by accidentally sticking my hand in them while unpacking, continuing months of hating my old apartment because of the infestation that I had moved into. Finally, when I called Tony, the manager (or maybe owner) to let him know what happened, he repeated that the woman probably "didn't know what they were" and offered me no consolation. Basically, I would have preferred to pack for myself just to avoid feeling violated by movers who wouldn't listen to my concerns in the interest of their time.

Excellent. Dismantled and wrapped everything, did not have to empty any drawers. Set everything backup in apartment and not a scratch or ding on anything. Tony and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Total time 2 1/2 hour - I was amazed - cost was about half of what I figured it would be. I will definitely use them when our new house is finished.

The service provided by All Pro was OUTSTANDING...First of all, they were extremely patient with me, with me changing my moving date numerous times.  When they showed up, they were ready to work and did not stop working (except for breaks and lunch-most expected) until the job was completed.  They were extremely cautious with the handling of my furniture/ belongings and took their time, carefully placing my household goods into my storage unit.  I will be calling All Pro wihen its time for me to move out of storage into my new home.

The overall experience with the movers was actually good. The young men showed up promptly and worked very hard (our move took the entire day). I gave them a B for responsiveness and professionalism based upon my interactions with the owner, not the young men doing the moving.  Here is a quick breakdown of the good and not so good:
1. There were a few things that happened (some marks on the walls, etc.) that you can expect to happen when moving heavy furniture, and the owner promptly took care of those things for me when they returned the next morning.
2. One of the men picked up one of our 40" TV's (a plasma, which is quite a bit heavier than LCD or LED TV's) and cracked the stand. The owner assured me he would replace that for me. I didn't hear from him so called him in January and again gave him the information for the stand. It is now March 30 (almost 4 months later) and he has yet to replace it or offer any compensation for breaking it.
3. When they were packing the truck, I was asked if the trampoline was being moved as well, to which I replied that it was, so 2 of the men, along with my daughter and my help, disassembled the trampoline and they placed it in the truck. When they returned the next day to repair the small places in the walls, they also assembled the trampoline. The owner was with them this time and commented that they were not supposed to move the trampoline as that is an extra charge. I offered to pay for it but he refused, stating it was "ok". I gave them the manual and they (4 of them) began assembling the trampoline (I was inside unpacking). They came to the front door and stated they were finished, and they left.  Later that morning I went to the backyard to go through some boxes that had been left in the greenhouse and saw that the trampoline had been partially assembled, as they had assembled it entirely wrong and when they realized it they just stopped and left. The thing that upset me the most was them not being honest and just telling me that they had messed up. Since there was no way to quickly fix what they had done, we had to disassemble, then reassemble it that weekend. Again, that wasn't the issue. The issue was that they just left it in a mess and didn't tell me. I can accept an honest 'mistake' in assembling something (even when they did have the manual) but just tell someone what happened....
All in all, the young men who did all the work were fantastic.  They really worked hard and I feel they did their very best to make this a good experience. The score I've given them simply reflects the fact that the owner never called back to replace the broken stand.

The 3 man team arrived on time and loaded our furniture into the moving truck. They drove to our new address and unloaded the truck. Overall it was a positive experience. The men were respectful and courteous. There were only a couple of issues with the move: Number one- A piece of furniture from my son's room ended up with some minor damage when part of the wood on one of the legs was broken off. The young man who seemed to be the lead person of the crew told me that he wasn't sure what the claim process was but that someone would contact me. He mentioned they may need a picture of the damage but no one contacted me. It's not a family heirloom or anything. It's something I can use a little wood glue and stick it back together when I get around to it. Having moved just before the holidays, I've had more important things to deal with.
Number two- My son's twin bed frame had wheels and 2 of the wheels didn't make it off the truck somehow. I emailed the company and the movers thought they'd left them here but I told them I couldn't find them. Once I let them know I couldn't locate them a gentleman was nice enough to bring 2 out that they had at their warehouse-although they were white and the others were black. Not too noticeable once the bed was made up with linens.
All in all the move was successful.

The move to the apartment was seemless.  Tony and his team completed the move to the apartment and did not damage anything,  They placed everything where i wanted it and due to multiple destinations, they made every effort to ensure the items were taken to the proper location.
My house sold quickly and I wasn't able to get everything given to charity or thrown away that I wanted to before the move. I had a short deadline to have everything moved out by the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  When I realized there was no way I could do it with just me and my helper( I still had a 20 x 20 storage worth of stuff to move), I called up Tony on Monday afternoon and he had his team on site Tuesday morning (they were actually early which was preferred) and helped me get eveything moved the storage unit and beat the deadline.  I was running around doing other things and actually had Tony lock up the storage unit for me. 
.I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM!!
Just a couple of things to aware of.  It does take a while to load the truck with furniture and other house hold items and this takes itme.  If you are budget concious like me, it may seem like it is taking longer than it should, but it does take time to pack efficiently and in a way that will prevent damage.  One of the movers likened it to playing Tetris and that is pretty good explanation.
I recommend Tony and his team and I believe you will be as pleased as I was if you select them as your mover!

they were on time, courteous, and hard-working.  nothing was broken or lost.  They did a good job.  No complaints. I'd use this service again.

I was originally scheduled to move to my new house on August 27 by Todd's Easy Moves. They stood me up (check the review I provided for them) . In desperation I started calling around and was referred to All Pro Movers by Core Lentz. I called Tony and explained my situation. He was extremely gracious and agreed to move my furniture on August 30, a Saturday. His people arrived at 8.30 as promised and started immediately. Within an hour they realized that 1 truck may not be enough and asked me if I was agreeable to add an extra person and a truck for a minor increase in charge. I agreed. The 2nd truck and an additional person arrived in an hour along with Tony. These guys were the most courteous folks who have moved my furniture EVER. (I have moved 6 times in the last 15 years). They completed the whole move in 7.5 hours on a 97 F day. Am I glad I got stood up by the other guy !!! I was almost tempted to call Todd and thank him for it. All Pro is all professional as their name states. I will refer them to anyone who needs them. The best my money could buy. Thank you Tony and All Pro. YOU GUYS ROCK,!!!!!!

Very careful with belongings and professional.  Worked very quickly but carefully.  Took care to place items in new home exactly where I wanted them.  Highly recommend!

The owner showed up with three young, scruffy looking men and promptly left. He DID NOT oversee the job. He returned 2 hours later leaving his men in front of my house waiting for him. The men were not professional movers. I was very specific where I wanted each piece of furniture. I had very good reason for it. I actually had it drawn out for them. I did not want to but had to leave for 7 minutes. In that time, they moved most of my furniture and stacked it on top of each other. They did not move the furniture to where I asked. The men were very polite and willing to move it where I wanted but when they started to move things, they were banging them. I asked them to stop. Also, they never used the blankets I had for moving. They were willing to do what I asked but were not trained and had no supervision. When the owner returned, he told me I had to pay a 2 hour minimum which was not our agreement (they were finished in 45 minutes). He didn't even ask me how the move went. I felt like he just wanted me to pay for his guys time sitting in front of my house. I don't think he even knew the price he quoted me. I paid him because the difference was only $15 and he came with a third person (his decision not mine). Frankly, I just wanted him out of my house.

My move date was actually 8/11/14. The guys were prompt, they really were about 30 minutes early. They were Great. Shannon, Brian and Tyler. Very professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job getting us moved and set up in our new home. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about moving especially if these guys are doing it. Thanks a lot Guys.
