AMI INC.

AMI was assigned to me through 2-10 Home Warranty on January 6th, 2021 and came to my home on January 8th. The technician said a simple part needed to be installed. I spoke with a 2-10 representative dedicated to cases escalated to the CEO's office on February 1st. The representative stated they were very surprised AMI did not go out and purchase the part that needed to be installed. He said it is readily available without even needing to order the part. He seemed to be very disappointed in AMI. The part didn't work and now here I am 40 days later with the same issue.

The service was excellent. Mike was professional and punctual, and he took the time to answer all our questions about the preventative maintenance plan. He gave us a detailed overview of the inspection points and maintenance to be performed. He checked and serviced both units in a timely manner for a fair price. We also received honest feedback about what future work was worth considering and what could wait; there were no pushy salesman antics. We would absolutely recommend AMI and will use them for future work.

I contacted three other businesses and got estimates for the services I needed. I received a call immediately after I went online requesting assistance. The appointment was scheduled and the service technician came out and gave me a quote. On 3/13/17 they came out and replaced my system and showed me how to operate the system.

Professional from the start. Darrell showed up to my residence while I was at work and started working on the outside portion of the installation. By the time I arrived around 1030 am, he was done, waiting on me to get inside. The outside portion of the installation was superb. I was impressed with all the additional work that was performed. Darrell organized all the wiring that attached from the A/C system outside and ran them through a PVC pipe in the crawl space and cemented the gaps.. The inside system was ripped out and a new one was put in. A new drain was installed along with insulation. My home was built in the early 90s, and contractors at the time used apollo hydro heat units which parts are hard to come by. Mike and Darrell both worked with me on the price. I feel the price was fair and the quality of work i received was excellent. I had numerous questions and they were all answered. Mike showed me how to read the labels on the outside and inside unit. Darrell hooked me up with a maintenance plan that i was happy with. He even said that he would schedule the service. The carrier system that was installed was within my budget and was done quickly (the whole process probably took about 10 days, from the time i called to the two times they came out to inspect the old unit and make recommendations for a new one). Other companies quoted me 7500-9500 for unit replacement. I paid 5400. I feel like I got the best deal. Also, other companies only wanted to sell me their most expensive, highest SEER, top line models, and didn't give me other options that fit my budget. I NEVER write reviews, but, i feel like these two gentlemen deserve some credit. I hope to have AMI as my A/C service provider for years to come.

Excellent, the installation team was extremely thorough and professional. Even followed up a couple of days later to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done.

It went great!! Darrell was very professional on every thing and took time to educate me on what was going . Then I met Mike on the day of installation he also very professional they did a great job and I've recommended both my neighbors to AMI.
