Real Audio/Video is a residential & commercial sales and integration company that handles audio/video installations. We have 20+ years experience enjoying being involved in an industry that is almost always changing. We have been serving the Triad and the Triangle since 1997. Our services include: VOIP phone service, Dish Network satellite systems, home theaters, flat panel TV mounting, projectors and screens, programmable remotes, lighting control systems, home automation, speakers indoors and out, copy/transfer services (VHS to DVD, camcorder/video camera to DVD), Cell phone repair, and DJ services. We have experience with 4K TV's all the way back to turntables and every other technology in between. Our installs range from something as small as hooking up a new Blu-ray player to something as large as music and TV distribution throughout your entire home or business. We also do custom home theaters or media rooms. Do you want a remote control to take the place of that drawer or coffee table full of remotes? A remote that when you press the "Watch TV" button you're done, the TV turns on and changes to the right input, the satellite receiver turns on and goes to your favorite channel, the sound system turns on and gives you sound from the right place, the lights dim and you're watching TV. You can do the same thing with most any of the sources you choose. The options today are only limited to your imagination. How about putting some music or TV outside for those cookouts or get togethers? Is there an assortment of wires behind your entertainment center that needs organization? About 95% of the customers homes we go into have a lot of useless wiring that can come out making the whole system look better and in most cases their system ends up sounding or working better than it ever did! We also find in about 50% of our customers homes that their existing system has not been set up properly from the begining and that they are not getting the best from their system. The most common thing we hear from our customers is, "that sounds like a whole new system!" Whether it's getting you the most from what you have or integrating a completely new system into your home, we can do it! Our goal has always been to give our customers what they paid for, what everybody wants, the best! If that wasn't enough, when we leave a customers home the area we were working in is cleaner than when we got there. Just let us know how you would like us to enhance your entertainment experience.
