Description of Work: i emailed the company with questions about what services they offered. i was looking to have my bathroom shower tile regrouted. the website was not clear on this subject. i did not get an answer to my email so i then called them. they were friendly and helpful but a little vague on exactly what the process in redoing the grout would be. i have decided to wait a while before having the job done.

Description of Work: David from Pettijohns was excellent. He was friendly and professional. Our 98 pound Labradoodle had several "accidents" in our guest bedroom, we also had red wine stains in living room. We were amazed that he was able to get the red wine stains out. And even more amazed at how the guest bedroom turned out. I called first thing in the morning and they were out that same day at the time they said they would be here. You can't beat that service!!!

Description of Work: Concerning the antique couch I have that PettyJohn's cleaned. The owner actually came to my house to investigate the couch. He is going to look into what caused the fabric to get damaged. He doesn't think it was the scotchguard. I was very impressed with his concern. I have redone my review to reflect what I know now and my experience with PettyJohn both past and present. They get an "A" from me and I plan to use them in the future! Thanks!
