Brightview Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing

We have our gutters and windows each cleaned at least annually by Brightview (and we have a LOT of windows!) We plan to continue using Brightview as they are very reliable and do a great job. They're also extremely pleasant and easy to do business with.

Two young men arrived as scheduled and completed the gutter cleaning quickly. I bought a $59.00 gutter cleaning special. There was an additional $30.oo charge based on the size of my house.

That worked out well. They cleaned the gutters for the wrong house. We contacted them to let them know they have not been out yet. They apologized and said they would look at their schedules and would come out right away. They came back and then cleaned our gutters. I thought it was great that they acknowledged their mistake and came right away. Everything was also cleaned up before they left too.

Went great, would like to know in future purchases that scheduling is based on providers convenience. "We will be in the area and would like to come on Tuesday". Not convenient for the customer. Appreciate saving fuel, and more efficient for provider.

Very polite and pleasant call from their scheduler to arrange their service. They arrived on time and were courteous, proficient and professional. They were careful of my deck furniture and had the right type of ladders and offsets not to damage my gutters. I was very happy with their service and will certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

I received an email letting me know I would be contacted in a couple of days after purchasing the coupon. The scheduler called promptly and we set up an appointment. The worker came out on time, performed the work and left me a note about what had been done. The whole thing from beginning to end was handled efficiently and professionally. BrightView was excellent at keeping in touch with me throughout the process. After buying the "Big Deal", they promptly contacted me to set up the appointment. BrightView kept me informed via messages on AngiesList and sent reminders for our scheduled date. All done very professionally. On the day of the service, they arrived on time and were very responsive. The cleaned the gutters completely without leaving a mess elsewhere. Very meticulous. This was a very agreeable experience.

I bought an Angie's list deal, and they contacted me before the end of the day to set up an appointment. They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up all debris afterward.

The company called to schedule the service a day or two after my purchase. It was scheduled within just a few days. The sent an email to confirm the date and time prior to their arrival. They showed up on time, completed the work as described and promised, cleaned up, and did an overall excellent job. The technicians performing the work were all professional and polite. I will certainly use them again, and would also recommend them for gutter cleaning.

We purchased a "deal" from Angie's List for $59 gutter cleaning. Our house fit within the parameters of the details (2-story, less than 2500 square feet). I submitted an electronic message with possible dates/times and received a reply confirming one of the morning times I had requested. Since I only interact with email from my computer (I don't have a smart phone or tablet) communications with Brightview where limited to times I was working at my computer. An added limit to the communications is that the messaging was handled through Angie's List. I would get an email telling me I had a message from the service provider which was helpful but still required that I log into Angie's List repeatedly throughout the day. I would not want to handle very many service requests this way - the reason I buy services is that I have a lot of other things to do throughout the day and don't want to spend time checking my email & deal sites repeatedly. Anyway, once I asked about a general time to expect people at my house I was given an estimated time, "between Noon & 1 pm." Even though this wasn't technically morning it seemed OK and I mentioned that we'd have to leave the house by 1:30 pm. The crew showed up closer to 2 pm to clean the gutters. They asked if we would also like the pine straw removed from the roof for an extra $30. I had mistakenly thought this would be a logical part of the process since the posted value of the deal was $100.99 and that's what I paid the last time I had my roof & gutters cleaned (with debris removal & clean up). Anyway, I paid the extra because it would be silly to leave the straw on the roof only to refill the gutters in a few days. The roof & gutters were cleaned adequately; the walks, deck & drive were nicely cleared. I assume most of the debris from the gutters was removed but noticed that a significant amount of the pine straw was simply blown to the edge of the drive & walks. In once instance the fresher straw from the roof was about 8 inches deep covering the stepping stones on the side of the garage. The two people that came to my house for this job were not unkind but seemed a bit distracted or hurried. I couldn't stay to observe their work so I can't comment on their methods but the outcome was satisfactory.

The Brightview team showed up when they said they would be here. They walked around the property with my husband and discussed what they would be doing. They got to work and about an hour later they were done. Once the job was complete they discussed what they did and what they found with us. They were very thorough and polite. We would definitely call them back to clean the gutters or our windows.
