I used Premier/ Don for the job because of a friends recommendation. He was also by far the cheapest quote I received. He seemed like a good guy who was always working hard for his customers. Problem is, in this case, I got what I paid for. His guys do fast work but the quality was just not there. The fence posts were bending a few months after they installed it. When the posts bend, the whole fence will bend with it. I called Don to see what could be done. He was very nice and said no problem, we will take care of replacing for you, you have sent us a lot of business (which I had). Problem is they never came to fix it after multiple calls. I also used Premiers landscaper, Jim, for some landscaping. Big mistake! I paid Premier/ Jim up front but couldn't get them out to do the work. Finally after calling multiple times, one Friday they dropped off the plants, etc. Two weeks went by where the plants are just setting on my patio dying. I called Don and told hilm Jim still had not come, I had talked to Jim multiple times asking when they would be out, the plants are dying. I was told soon. They finally got someone out, who planted the dead plants. I told Premier the plants are dead and not coming back, this spring but I haven't gotten anywhere with that. I will never use Premier again. I really think they might not be bad for some people who don't want to spend a lot of money. But if you want quality, I wouldn't recommend them. They do fast work at a good price but they don't stand behind their work. Once they are paid, they are gone!

My husband and I met with Jim on Tuesday, September 17th. The meeting was originally scheduled for Monday, September 16th, Jim called that night to reschedule for the 17th. Jim measured the yard and provided a preliminary estimate. We informed him that we would be in touch when we made a decision. On Friday, September 20th, I emailed Premier to tell them we wanted to move forward with installing the fence and would like to have the fence installed October 19th or November 9th, if possible. Jim & Don both came to the house on September 24th, to pick up the down payment as well as sign the contract. My husband and I were both there, and we advised them that we would be out of town from September 28th thru October 6th. We reiterated that we would like the fence installed either October 19th or November 9th. Jim & Don said that was fine, and it would take time to get approval from the HOA. Don said they would take care of everything, including contacting the HOA and clearing a path thru the woods. Don had installed many fences in Tanners Creek and had dealt with the HOA before. Upon arriving home from our trip out of town we discovered Premier had installed the fence. I immediately emailed Premier onday, October 7th to request a copy of the confirmation of approval from Cedar Management as well as picking up the final payment. I met with Jim on Tuesday, October 8th to give him the final payment. I did not receive any communication from Premier about the HOA approval confirmation. Saturday, October 12, I checked our mail to find the letter from Cedar of a First & Final notice of an illegally installed fence. I immediately contacted Premier?s office, as well as Jim & Don directly. Don answered and said he would contact me within an hour after he talked with his back office. I received an email late Saturday evening from Premier informing me that Cedar had all of the material including the GIS of our property, and possibly the HOA was looking for the actual site plan. Premier advised me they would call the HOA Monday. I was extremely disappointed that Premier went ahead and installed the fence, with blatant disregard of the HOA's approval process and disregard for our requested dates.
