Becky and Frank were extremely responsive and professional throughout entire process from start to finish. Technicians were prompt, professional and good in reviewing their work at completion and asking about satisfaction. I will definitely use them again next year.

This is our second year using Pressure Wash Carolina, and we will be customers for life. Frank and Beckie take pride in their business and truly care about each customer's experience. Last year, we had the team come out after an intense and messy home renovation. They pressure washed the exterior of the home, the gutters, the driveway, the back patio, the front steps and the concrete garage floor. Frank walked around with me both before and after to make sure we were satisfied, especially since there were a lot of stains in the garage and driveway areas. Our white home, windows, and concrete have never looked so good!!! They know just how much water pressure and what chemicals to use on each part of the home that needs cleaning. My plants around the home were untouched. The team of guys were very professional, clean, friendly, and they truly care about their performance, which is rare these days. Beckie was incredibly responsive and helpful with the communications. It is very easy to pick the wash package you want online with the prices clearly outlined. The guys arrived when they say they would (they call you prior to arriving), and Pressure Wash Carolina's prices are very reasonable. This year we had a house and gutter cleaning as well as a deck wash. Same outstanding results and experience, and our neighbors are now interested in quotes... Thank you, Frank, Beckie, and Team

Did not try to upsell, really quick and high quality. Chemicals not harsh. But broke one of my yard lamps. I would still rehire, the vendor offered to replace it.

It was easy to get a quote and set up a service time. I'm a gardener and have valuable plants around my house and I am always concerned about the use of chemicals around them. Frank understood my concern and thoroughly washed the plants before and after the cleaning. One section of the house is lined with blueberries and I have never allowed it to be pressure washed. Frank managed to clean the area around the blueberries without knocking any of the buds off the plants! They even used a brush to scrub the ceiling and pillars of the front porch. It was a great experience and I definitely would use again.

I bought the Angie's deal on a Tuesday and the service was provided that Friday. Becky was very nice and her husband, who performed the service, was fantastic as well. The entire cleaning took about 30 minutes, including the cleanup. We will definitely be using them again and telling our friends about them as well.

They left a terrible mess like debris, leaves and dirt everywhere around my house including the sides of the house and windows. I was very unhappy so I called the company. They came back the next day and they used their hose to clean up which they hadn't done the first day. I would not use them again because I don't think they were well-trained. I don't think that that was a responsible way to do business. I wasn't here when they were here. They left a terrible mess. The pricing was alright. It was average. When I called back to try and get them to return, she called me back in a relatively short period of time. I don't think they were very professional.

Becky also answered my questions on my call back and give me a good Angie's List member discount. Becky set up the appointment for the next day after I ordered their services. Frank called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the appointment Frank and his crew did an excellent job and reviewed all their work with us before leaving. I am very happy with their work which they did in a professional and complete manner. I will use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Very well. I purchased the home wash on an Angie's Deal, then added the deck and driveway. From the first conversation it was obvious these folks are very prideful of their business and care about customer satisfaction. They are also very communicative via email. So I was away for the day when the work was completed. When I arrived home the job was complete and it was clear there was much attention to detail: deck furniture back in place with cushions, loose debris removed form tops of gutters, care taken around new lawn growth. Just a great overall experience. I highly recommend and will use again next year.

Excellent. Frank is conscience and prideful in his company and workmanship. He reviewed the property before and after and also made recommendations to preserve the quality of the work. I've contracted with these folks in the past and they really provide a great service. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I purchased the gutter cleaning service through Angie's list for $99.00 on 5/31. Below is the information I sent to them at that time: 1st Preference: 06/01/2016 – 10am-12pm 2nd Preference: 06/02/2016 – 10am-12pm 3rd Preference: 06/03/2016 – 10am-12pm Additional Instructions: Hi, We're very open to scheduling. Just give us a call & let us know when you're available. Our house is approximately 3800 sq. ft., two story, without gutter covers. The gutters are in good shape. I never heard back from them. I tried calling but was sent to voice mail. We've had quite a few T-storms in our area this past month and my gutters became completely plugged and have been overflowing which has caused some erosion. I was finally able to find another company to clean my gutters. I have had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company for the $99.00 charged to my credit card.

I purchased the deal on May 10th and we scheduled a date in June. They were booked solid for a couple of weeks out which is a good problem to have if you are a small business owner. They arrived on time with their truck. This is what I loved about the service they provided me. 1. They had their own water storage tank and industrial strength pressure washer which stays on the truck. The hoses that were used were long enough to reach all sections of my roof 2. The two technicians worked together and one of the technicians was on my roof with their pressure washer hose in just a few minutes 3. I watched the whole process as all they removed all the debris from my gutters with a very powerful pressure washer 4. Once my gutters were cleaned they removed the small branches from my roof that weren't even in my gutter 5. They pressure washed under the gutters to clean the mud that splashed out of the gutters 6. They pressure washed a few sections of siding that got muddy during the cleaning and the steps leading up to my front door I was very happy with the service they provided.

He was very professional and double checked everything for me. He was so polite and the techs worked fast and cleaned up before they left. He was very fair and honest.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by the management and staff of Pressure Wash Carolina. The technicians took the time to disassemble a down spout and clear debris from the previous roofing job that was clogging it. Will definitely call on Pressure Wash Carolina for future jobs.

I purchased an Angie's deal to have Pressure Wash Carolina clean my driveway. After a little hiccup in scheduling we got the dates straight. On they day of the service they arrived on time, late in the day, and stayed until the job was done well and thoroughly--well after dark. I confess I gave them a bit of a challenge, because the driveway was really filthy. I couldn't believe my eyes the next morning. They discussed what they had done and gave me recommendations as to how to take better care of the driveway myself to keep it cleaner. They even cleaned my walk and a brick wall. Excellent service all around.
