Our experience with Pressure Wash Carolina was fantastic start to finish! I filled out the quick quote on their website and it ended up being the better deal of the quotes I got, so I called to get everything set up. I spoke with Beckie initially who was very nice and extremely professional. We were lucky to get a spot on their schedule within a week. Our HOA had noticed some mildew spots on our exterior siding, and Beckie let me know they'd contact our HOA on our behalf to notify them that our house was being taken care of. GREAT SERVICE! Hands free on my part dealing with the HOA. My husband was at home at the time of service and said the guys washing the exterior did great, and even got to meet the other owner, Frank, who was at another house on our street. He said the same thing about Frank - that he was professional and great to talk to. When I got home I walked around the house and it looked so clean. No signs of any pressure damage (they don't use high pressure washers) and all mildew, grit and grime was completely gone. I've focused a lot on professionalism and customer service in this review, but to me that counts for a lot. I've tried to make contact or get quotes with various house services over the last year and some don't bother to call back, and some certainly don't communicate in the manner that a business owner should, and I feel like all the work is on me to get information. That wasn't the case here. Frank and Beckie are the most professional, customer-service oriented service I have spoken with! Highly recommend!

They did a great job. They showed up on time and had the job done by mid-day. I was particularly impressed with the work they did on our back deck. It looks great and you can tell they were careful not to hurt the paint or wood.

After a scheduling issue the first time, everything went fine. We have some high gutters and sloping ground. They easily dealt with a difficult job.

The process to get my gutters cleaned started over a month ago. The initial interaction was good, and received a quote for the service pretty quick. From then, what I believe to be automated emails begin the downward spiral. I received emails like "sorry we missed you" when I never received a phone call about scheduling. Once scheduled (two weeks out or so), I got a nice reminder a week out about the upcoming service date and that they would call me between 8-9am the day of to confirm a time. 8-9am came and went, so I called, left a voicemail and got a call back that my time was between 1-5PM. I took a half day off of work, and waited, and waited, and called 3 times when it was getting close to 5pm and the phone just rang and rang, no option to leave a voicemail At about 6:30pm I get a call that there was an issue with someone on the crew on the first job of the day and they apologized that no one told me. Accidents happen I get that, but I find it frustrating that no one could communicate within the company to relay the message that there was an issue early in the day and here it was 6:30PM (happened on a Friday). I was told I would receive a call on Monday to reschedule. Well, Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, and now it's Wednesday night with no communication. Extremely unprofessional, and just rude. Already took time away from work and gave the benefit of the doubt with issues that came up, and still highly unprofessional.At this point if I received a call, I couldn't willingly give them any more of my time or any of my money. Highly frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and hope this is not the norm.

They were scheduled to pressure wash my home the week before,but ran into mechanical problems. They contacted me as soon as possible to inform me that they would not be able to start work that day. They responded the following week and did a get job. They are punctual, professional and friendly. They even took time to play with my dog, who wanted to greet them. I appreciate that you can be contacted my text, email or phone. I am usually pretty busy with work, so text works best for me. I will definitely do business with this company again.

They called to tell us he was on his way. He came out explained what he was going to do and did a great job. He was very friendly and thorough. The house came out great.

Cleaned out and washed, cleaned out debris from the gutters. They were on time, they charged what they quoted they were there for the time that they quoted. they said they would be there for 2 hours and they were there for 2 hours and the job was done. Price was a little on the high side but I was okay with it. They were pretty through making sure they called before they were there and called afterwords to check up.

I was impressed with the customer service from the co -owner to the technician who provided the service. They were happy to answer any questions that I had, before and upon completion of the service. They both demonstrated excellent communication prior to the service date keeping in touch with reminders, returning my phone call promptly when I needed to change the date of service, as well as informing me of the morning of the service date, when I could expect them. They offered several levels of options for pressure washing and explained what each level would entail/cost so that I could make an informed choice.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. They did a great job. I will definitely hire them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed when I saw Pressure Wash Carolina work on my house. My neighbor said you were there for a short time and did a rushed job. Lots of residue on windows and gutter drippings...seems like they didn't wash the detergent completely off. On the back of the house...some of the lower siding wasn't cleaned very well. The clay spot where a bird nest was above my door was still there. The shutters and windows on the front patio were not cleaned. And I was under the impression that the concrete patios front, screened, and outside slab would be power washed as well....they were not touched. I wish I had gone with the cheaper bid from a competitor for 150.00...But I went with you because of their reviews...I thought they would do a professional job...not an average one. When I spoke to the woman ...all she could do is give excuses. That I had Paid for the Deluxe and not the Premium. Well, I still expected a good job. Furthermore, she explicitly told me that the concrete would also be pressure washed...but the concrete was not touched. When the pressure washed the screens in the back porch - a lot of dog hair came off in clots...and were left on the concrete floor. Just a very sloppy job.

Team was prompt and very professional. Also made some suggestions for better guards and cleaning options in the future. Would definitely use them again!!
