The crew were pleasant, professional and they really worked hard. They turned over the soil in our back yard, added plenty of compost/fertilizer to the soil and laid the sod in one day. Murphy, the owner, was very good to deal with. He is straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable. He returns calls or emails very promptly and strives hard to please customers. I definitely am happy we went with The Sod Man and I heartily recommend The Sod Man.

I had over 8 quotes from Companies. dong the exact same area, Same Sqft. same request. the SOD Man was the most economical of them all. Very pleased with the timely responses and service. Type of grass being install is Tiff Way 419 hybrid Bermuda. 6000 Sqft.

The crew was very insightful and informative. They even set up sprinklers on timers to make sure everything was watered appropriately. The Sod Manmade sure we were happy with the final product

Very impressed with the professionalism displayed by the sale personnel and maintenance employees. Had weather delay and the company cannot control mother nature. Rescheduled installation and was accomplished on time and at quoted price. Land scapers were willing to do a few extra items that I requested when project started without any hesitation. The whole team was great. Turned our miserable dried out clay backyard that the builder left us with into lush green beautiful landscape. Can’t thank them enough. They were prompt, courteous, and explained everything from start to finish. Murph was great explaining everything they were going to accomplish. They were able to start work a day earlier than expected (unheard of) and finished our yard in two days. This included removal of the nastiness the builder left us with, putting down fresh composted topsoil, laying the sod and then spreading mulch. Worth every dime. They cleaned up everything and then stuck around to wait for me to return to work to discuss how best to maintain the new sod and take care of it. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you gentlemen!!!

Price included a sprinkling system to take care of the sod. Instead of me having to personally water the lawn, it's taken care of.

Professional & good quality job. The sod is beautiful & healthy. They placed sprinklers just right. If I have any questions, they’re right on it that day. I had an issue with the sprinkler timer & Murphy was there that morning.

Mark McKenzie, aka Sod Man, is the best and I'd recommend him before anyone else. Reasonably priced, honest, and a man of his word. He guarantees the work and personally inspects the job once completed. His crew are extremely hard working, professional, and friendly. I asked Mark to replace some sod I didn't like and add another small area and he did it without charging extra. I wouldn't look anywhere else if you need to sod or resod your yard. The attached photos are 2 weeks old and I had to the mow the lawn this weekend. We are absolutely satisfied with the work.
