I’ll find people to hire myself the old fashion way. It’s a shame because I used your company in the past when you serias big. Now you’re just like every other company that wants to automate everything. No, thanks.

The chat was inefficient. The video chat part didn't work at all and the audio quality was poor. The tech said some systems weren't working today. When the appointment started, I had to fill out a form and submit payment and then provide my model number and description of the problem. All of this was redundant info that I had already provided previously. I thought payment was already taken care of ahead of time. But, even if it wasn't, it should have been. It was a waste of our time to do it while in the appointment. The technician clearly had never seen my model of fridge before. The drawings he had did not match my fridge and parts and cables were in different places than he expected. He was friendly and helpful. But, we were both flying blind. I had to remove the lower shelves and a back inside panel, which was very time consuming, only to find that there was nothing behind the panel.

I called Red’s Appliance Repair. I did not use the virtual one. Red was courteous, professional, prompt & charged a fair price. I was very pleased.

It was not easy because of the virtual explanation is hard to follow but Thomas is really patient. Though the problem is still not solved, I don't think it relates to Thomas' expertise. Someone probably needs to come in for physical inspection and fix.

The company is in North Carolina. I am in Montgomery, Alabama, so I didn't use their services...who is going to ask a company 650 miles away to move an appliance upstairs? "no match" is a better answer.

Great but you need to have some DIY skills and desire.

Neil tech Robert L talked me through removing the ice maker, fixing the problem and reinstalling it. The work itself was not easy but Robert patiently guided me through the process with which he clearly was very familiar with. Using my iPhone, I could have Robert look behind things for me, take a photo, then circle where I needed to place the nut driver or finger or whatever. It was a cool experience. I’ll probably call them back and get more help because the ice maker has started acting up again but differently. I know that if I end up having to replace the ice maker, I can do it, with Neli’s help.

Robert was such a great help. We chatted by phone for the service call and he walked me through the process to assess my problem. In 10 minutes my washer was fixed. Could not recommend him more and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Neil is a very nice guy but no way he is going to virtually do what I need done. This more the fault of the AI system which linked him to my project. I aalso don’t always need prepaid service but a quote coming from an interaction of the consumer and your service professional! There is a place for both but is not always easy to find in your App
