Description of Work: Replaced shut off valve coming into the house from the street. Replaced shut off valve underneath kitchen sink. Every thing went extremely well. Repairman had to crawl underneath the house in order to run extension lines for teh new shut off valve. This is the second time with this company and this repairman and they are excellent. Received a thank you card from the company and a 10% off coupon after each service.

 + -1 moreCalled them at 8:30 pm and left a message on their voicemail to help with a badly leaking kitchen sink. Neil called me back 15 minutes later to set up an appointment 1st thing next morning! Awesome! A broken kitchen sink stops household function completely, so response time was great. James came at 9:30 am the next morning and fixed the problem 40 minutes later! James was a great guy who got stuff done quickly and cleaned up when done. The only bad thing was the price. 40 minutes of service costs $125.00. A bit pricey, but the speed through the whole process was very nice.

 + 0 moreCalled plumber for estimate to install the brand new disposal. He said that electric would need to be run first. We had an electrician coming to do other electrical work so he ran the electric line. When electric was in, we called Fix It Plumbing to arrange an installation date. They responded promptly to my call and came out 2 days later. Nathan Coggins arrived as scheduled and did the work quickly and in a very professional way.
Description of Work: Plumber installed a new garbage disposal (none in the house) and braced up an expansion water tank in the crawl space with J hooks.

 + 0 moreWe purchased our house 3 months ago and the master bathroom sink has always been slow to drain. On Tuesday it took almost all day for the sink to empty completely. Wednesday morning at 8 I called Fix It Plumbing and told them I would be home after 2pm. They call me at 250 and said they would be there in 10 -15 minutes and they were. Completely cleaned out the drain and use an and quot;electric cableand quot; on it. It is completely open now. The plumber was very neat and clean up after himself completely.

 + -1 moreIt was a semi emergency situation and Fix It Plumbing came out really prompt so we didn't have to wait for long. I would refer them, they were professional and prompt and their prices are reasonable. When they got here, they got right to work and got the job done quickly.

 + -1 moreTHEY GOT HERE ON TIME AND THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE NEEDED IT DONE ON A SATURDAY, BUT THEY WEREN'T OPEN OVER THE WEEKEND. WE GOT THEM TO COME OUT THAT FOLLOWING MONDAY. I THINK THE PRICE WAS PROBABLY REASONABLE.
