I had to order the material I wanted through them and paid for everything up-front. I asked if the chairs could be done before Christmas and was told no problem. The week before Christmas I started to call and call to see fi the job was completed. Finally I was able to pick-up the chairs, only to return four because they were coming apart. I also noticed that there was no material left over, but they had covered two of their own chairs with the material I had ordered. (I ordered a specific "Port" color). My chairs look very cheaply put together and a nick was taken out of one of them where they took out a wooden peg. Of course they did not even bother to repair it. This past year I had a dinner with a few friends and all of a sudden one chair completely collapsed with my friend sitting in it. I was so embarrassed, but happy my friend did not get hurt! I would not recommend them to anyone, the work was sloppy and non-professional. I am hoping to find a new place where I can have all of my chairs checked before having anyone else sit in them.
Description of Work: I had five dining room chairs recovered. Sturdy wooden Danish chairs.
