I had to wait about 15 minutes in order to get a manager who could answer my question regarding a product exchange. I wanted to leave the store, as I felt I was being ignored, but I was determined to get an answer to my question. I had previously been very satisfied with products that I had purchased there, but this time I had a new product that I had purchased several months before that was unopened that I was willing to exchange for a more expensive product. As the product was still available for sales on their store shelves, it seemed ridiculous that they would not let me make an exchange for a more expensive product. Hence I left the store disgusted and have never returned.
Description of Work: I tried to return and exchange a product that I had previously purchased that was still for sale on their shelf for a more expensive product, but they refused to help me. They have a very inflexible and unreasonable exchange policy. They appear to be more interested in following rigid rules instead of increasing their sales or helping their customers.
