Description of Work: They did a good job and spent as much time as needed to complete the job (we have a lot of windows and skylights in our house). The price quoted for some reason left off some windows. They agreed to do all the windows for the quoted price. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Provider washed inside and outside windows. They removed blinds and screens. They said they would not do 3rd story windows ( I have none) and left a a second story above entry foyer window undone. Good job but I should have caught that while they were here.

+ -1 moreMy gutter overflowed every time it rained and seemed to hold water, dripping for several days afterwards. I called Window Genie to schedule a gutter cleaning. The technician climbed on the roof and told me that the gutters were not clogged, but that it was possible they had lost their original slant which is needed to make the water run into the downspout. Several days later the business owner called to ask if he could reinspect to make sure the gutter issue had been properly assessed. He visited my home, took a look, and concluding that my gutters did not need cleaning, did not charge me. Window Genie deserves kudos for going above and beyond in customer service.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and professional. I was especially impressed by how they responded to my calls. I am a bit picky about things but they did extra work to make sure I was satisified. I plan to use them for window washing as well. If I had a wooded lot, I would let them clean the gutters too!
Description of Work: Window Genie powerwashed my house. I had some dark spots on my trim and they went the extra mile to was them away!
