Description of Work: It was an overall great experience; I was working with Patrick specifically. We had the entire house painted and a lot of wood repair done. They did a great job with the prep work and with estimating how much repair work was required. Serpaco used a another company to do the repair work; they were great too. The repair crew found some extra things that needed repairing. Patrick sent me pictures with a cost estimate and got my approval before getting them to repair it. | |The paint job looks great. I did a walk around near when they were done and only found a few really minor things that they missed (typically the edges of corner boards hidden by bushes). The crew fixed those right up. After the job was over I didn't find any trash left behind. Except for the day I stayed home while they were painting the exterior doors, they left little evidence that they had come (except for more and more of the house being painted). They didn't leave anything behind at the end of the day except for some ladders near the fence in the back yard (which I didn't mind). | |Price wise I think they were middle of the road (I only got 3 estimates). The thing that impressed me most was the fact that they had a detailed list of what was going to be repaired instead of just saying "we'll fix all the rotten wood". I can't think of anything I'd rate them sub-par on and I'd definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreNick's crew did an outstanding job. Omar and his men covered all the floors with cloths and moved all our furniture and covered it with plastic. They left my house every night very clean with their supplies well out of the way and all of the cloths removed. Nick dropped in or called several times each day to ask how the job was going and if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Painted the living room, foyer, stairwell and upstairs hallway (& doors) of our home. Patched holes and cracks in drywall before painting.

He was mid-range price wise, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. They showed up when they said they would and finished the entire project in about three days. The results are phenomenal, its like we have a brand new house. The painting crew was professional and did a great job protecting our furniture and cleaning up. We won't hesitate to use them again.

I am very satisfied with the end result, especially Nick's involvement in ensuring a quality job. In addition, a portion of the original cost was returned which was more than fair.
