They were very quick. They were on time and the price estimate was very good. He did all the repairs to the side of our house as well. The work is very high quality.

Excellent! Everything went very well, and Nick was thorough in describing the process, patient while I requested repairs on a few places that hadn't been fixed in the course of the job. He made the process very easy for me. The house looks great!

This experience was better than I ever would have thought. The employees for Serpaco were professional, courteous, and so hard working! I don't think they ever sat down during the four days they were working on our house. Nick came out and gave us an estimate, and he was also instrumental in helping make the final design decisions. He was right on with his suggestions. He suggested "popping up" the trim by 20% to create a contrast with our colors, and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended, you can't go wrong.

It went well. The job took 2 days. There was a nice crew of about 5 people. They were professional and did a nice job of cleaning up (popcorn ceiling removal is a messy job). Serpaco Painting seems to really understand the concept of excellent customer service and quality work, which is very, very appreciated!

They were prompt and great. A family matter came up that made us reschedule with them. They were very gracious in this and came out on time at the rescheduled time. They did a great job!

It went well. They painted our house the same color as it was before and we are satisfied with the work. We live in a condo about 1500sq. ft. and it took them about two days to do the work. They were courteous and did not leave a mess.

Overall a good value for the price. Paint job good overall, though not as careful as I would have liked. They worked very fast. Cleanup a little sloppy, for example some trash left in the shrubs; some downspouts not reinstalled neatly. They were very professional and willing to correct problems.

Nick Serpa provided us a detailed estimate and answered all our questions prior to our acceptance of his written proposal. His crew arrived at scheduled times and was friendly and very attentive to details. The crew leader always checked with us to verify how we wanted specific areas painted before beginning application of paint. The project was completed in three days. Payment was not requested until we reviewed the completed painting with the job supervisor and indicated that we were completely satisfied with the quality of all work done on our home. Serpaco issued a 5-year warranty on all painted surfaces against cracking, peeling or blistering. We were quite pleased with the outcome and highly recommend SerpaCo Painting to anyone planning to have exterior painting done on their home.

Nick Serpa and his crew did an outstanding complete and professional job on the exterior painting of my house. He did a fantastic job painting the interior of my house a couple of weeks earlier. The crew supervisor and the workers were on time, neat, clean, courteous, and kept us informed of any changes. Nick personally walked around the house with us to inspect the job to be sure we were satisfied with everything. They even re-stapled a phone line cord to the siding for us. It rained several days later and caused the paint to peel, flake, and/or wrinkle. Nick was very responsive and had the crew return immediately to take care of the problem areas. They did a great job.

A small round towel ring was removed for painting and was collected with the crews materials when they cleaned up after the job. Nick successfully found the ring for me and brought it over to the house. The did such great job, I also had his company paint the exterior of my house a couple of weeks later.

Nick is a very straightforward guy. He gave me a complete and honest estimate of the work and gave me some options on the type of paint that he could use. I was impressed with the quality of the work done and how quickly they finished the job. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished, and the crew chiefs were friendly and helpful. Nick did the final walk around to make sure I was happy with the work. I was also happy to get a 5 year warranty on the completed job. I will definitely give Nick a call if I have other painting jobs that need to be done.

They were very professional and timely when they came to do the assessment. They brought with them many letters of recommendations, which they showed us during that first visit. After we hired them they reported to our house when they said they would, and they finished the job within a few days. They had two painters at all times, and three painters sometimes. All the painters did a great job. The company owners did a final inspection with us throughout the house and noticed things we didn't. They touched up these places and the job was done.

When I called for an estimate, they came to the house the next day and I had the estimate in about 30 minutes. They started the work a few days later and had it done before the Christmas holiday started. They missed filling a few screwholes that they thought would be covered by the door trim (the door trim was present, so they could have checked this), so they had to come back a week later to patch and re-paint a small area. Overall, I am satisfied with the work.

I had Nick over to give an estimate. They painted before I moved in. I was not home during the work, my daughter checked it when it was finished. Great job!

Very impressed with response time - came to provide estimate same day of request. Began work next day. Finished work same day. Job well done! Good clean up. Only negative experience was their van left a 6 inch oil stain on concrete driveway. Otherwise, excellent. Recommend highly.

These guys were very impressive. We thought that their price was more than reasonable; Nick was very attentive and right on time. Very considerate and polite.

Very well. Needed work done under deadline, and workers started the day after I agreed to use Serpaco. Workers friendly, polite, very neat, very responsible. They were multi-skilled also (e.g., some basic carpentry, drywall + of course painting) No mess left at end of day or after work completed. N. Serpa kept in touch by phone. We met at the house (Serpa, paint crew, and me) and inspected after completion of work agreed upon. No problems at all. Looks great.

They arrived when they said they would. Nick brought two workers, Rosalio and Juan. They were extremely careful with our belongings. The estimate was that they might finish in as little as three days, but since we were out of town they stretched it out to five days and did some work elsewhere in the meanwhile. That was fine with us; we didn't mind. When we came back Nick walked through with us and he pointed out things we would have missed and they were taken care of on the spot. All in all, not cheap but very satisfactory.

The owner, Nick, quoted the job personally and we scheduled the job to start within two weeks. They started early. There were some small issues after the first inspection of the job (paint on the windows, thin coverage on some of the trim moulding, and missed paint on the mantle) but these were repaired quickly. The fireplace was not included in the initial estimate but we added this to the scope after the first inspection. They finished in a timely manner and the quality of the work was high. One glitch - they failed to reconnect the washing machine drain hose, but pushed the washer back against the wall when they were finished painting. This flooded the kitchen for our new tenant. Oops!

They did an excellent job. They did accidentally switch the paint colors of two rooms, but they immediately corrected it. They were neat, organized and personable.

Excellent! We got three quotes for our painting job. We immediately liked Nick because he was easy to reach via telephone, he was punctual for his quote appointment, his price was fair and he didn't act like a "salesperson". The written estimate that he gave us prior to the job was EXACTLY how much we paid. They quoted us 3 days to complete the job and it took four (which was no big deal to us). The crew showed up on time everyday, they took great care of our things and the painting job was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend them and would use absolutely use them again.

We called Serpaco Painting because the first painter we originally hired did a no show and we needed our rooms painted quickly because of carpet getting ready to be installed. We got their name from Angie's List. Nick came very quickly to give an estimate and told me he could begin the project the next morning at 8:30 a.m. While he was more expensive then others, his reputation from Angie's List gave him the edge, plus he knew that we needed it done quickly and he could accommodate. The two guys came the next morning very promptly, they were very polite, neat, and helpful. They did a wonderful job and it took a bit more time then anticipated, however, Nick came by regularly and checked on the progress and was available if we had any questions or issues. The only complaint I had was when I asked if I got my 10% discount off the bid proposal for mentioning Angie's List as stated on Angie's List he told me he already applied it to the amount listed and didn't deduct more.
