Everything was perfect.

I needed the job done quickly and he responded right away, and he did a great job. He cleaned up really well, I could hardly tell he had been there.

Ross came over to give me an estimate and I liked him immediately. The job was going to take approximately 2 weeks as he was going to do the work himself. I didn t quite like the length of time but he was able to work around the kids and I was able to do some cleaning and dusting on areas that don t get cleaned very often

Ross gave us the best price quote for 2 coats of paint. He completed the work in 3.5 days. He did the work and did not use a sub-contracted crew. He was flexible regarding the start date and once he started, he continued until the work was finished. He was very neat, cleaned-up each evening. He did everything to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely use his services again and, if we had found him sooner, we would have had him paint the exterior of our house when we had that done this past summer.

I've had great experiences with A rated companies from Angie's List. Ross tops the list of best experiences I've had. Professional from the first call through job completion. Very quiet when working - you forget he's even in the house. Very thorough for every aspect of the job. We couldn't believe how well he was able to match paint where requested and just how much impact the paint and trim changes made in our overall house appearance. We used Ross's service in preparation to sell our house. We were lucky to sell our house within 8 days, and we feel confident that it was due in no small part to Ross's quality work.

Ross came by to give me an estimate within 2 days of my first contact with him. He arrived on time to start the work and everything was always cleaned up nice and neat at the end of each day. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me make a few decisions on type of finishes to get (eggshell vs. flat) by listing out pros and cons of each. I plan to hire him again this Spring to paint my bathroom.

Ross did an excellent job. We set up an appointment for him to provide an estimate. He couldn't make the original time but he called to say that he would be late. He showed up promptly to do the work both days. His pricing was excellent. It was $165 to do the floor bracing and $100 to do the bathroom fixes. I think the work he did looks great - it is perfectly seamless. Ross knows his ability limitations and will honestly answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Ross!

Ross did a great job -- was able to do the painting on short notice, and worked efficiently over two days to repaint two bedrooms and the front door of our house. Everything looked fantastic when he was done.

Ross arrived promptly at 1:00 p.m. and removed his shoes before entering my home. He worked quickly and unobtrusively, but appropriately asked question when necessary. I was very pleased with his work.

Ross was extremely professional, polite and easy to work with. He came by to give an estimate in the evening which made scheduling a breeze. He gave me an estimate on the spot which was significantly less than other companies. Ross is very trustworthy -- we gave him a key on his first day here. The work looks great! He was able to get our ceiling very smooth and handled the skylight in the bathroom with ease. Ross even went above the call by scraping some leftover wallpaper in the bathroom that we couldn't reach (which was not in the way of his painting) and fixing the air vent covers which had been falling out for years. I've never hired a painter before but will definitely hire Ross in the future.

The work went very well. Ross had estimated that the work would take five or six days to complete and that's what it took. He is extremely neat in his painting. Door knobs and hardware were removed to prevent getting paint on them. He taped trim and made sure floors were well covered. We were extremely pleased with the glaze work he did for us. This was his first time doing glaze striping but he practiced and read about the technique before he ever started the work. It came out great! When painting the porch, he took off all the screens and washed them before putting them back when he completed painting. He vacuumed the floors to remove any small debris that might be left. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and plan to use Ross for additional work in the future.

Ross was very prompt and professional. I was very happy with his work. He did a very quality job, and I will have him back in the future to do some other projects for me. I found his rate very fair.

Wonderful job! We were very pleased with his work. He painted two coats on the walls and ceiling and even added a third coat below the chair rail because two coats didn't cover the dark paint that was there. Ross was very prompt and pleasant to work with and we will definately use him again in the future.

Ross did an excellent job; the result looks great! He brought his own materials and was very quiet. In order paint the dining room ceiling, he draped the walls and lamps in plastic.

WE contacted Ross and 3 other painters listed w/ Angie's List to quote on the repaint of our Master Bedroom, Master Bath and Hall Bath. Ross presented a professional air as soon as he arrived to quote the job. Since we were obtaining 4 quotes, it took awhile to decide. Ross was well below the rate the others were quoting. I contacted Ross regarding the paint he used since we had an idea what we wanted and he was more than willing to use the paint we supplied. The job was done promptly and with excellence. I WILL use Ross again in the near future and have already recommended him to friends.

I had a lot of work to be done. As I called different paint companies for estimates, I was looking for someone who would be very professional, with the ability to correct the mistakes done by the previous company. At the same time, I wanted a high standard of work for this present job. I chose to get an estimate from Ross Tait because of the report on Angie's List. When I met Ross and discussed the job, I sensed that he would be easy to work with. His assessment and estimates were right 'in the ball park'. After his first few days on the job, I knew I had made the right choice. Ross was a true professional in every way. He was always punctual and careful in every detail of the job. Everyone who sees the paint job wants to know how I found this painter. I have already hired him to come back in the spring to do another job on the exterior of the house. Ross was on time for the estimate appointment. His preference was to use an oil-based primer, which I know would bind better. But I asked him to please use a water-based primer since I am allergic to oil paints. We agreed on a price of $400 for labor and paint and a start date. Later, Ross called me to say he thought he had quoted me too much money and wanted to drop the price to $350. I said sure. I really appreciated him doing that. I have never had a contractor do that before. All the painting went very well and looks very nice. At no extra cost, he even touched up some of the wall paint from prior painters cutting in. Ross is very professional and well-mannered. He was always on time. He was a pleasure to have in the house, and we will definitely call him again when a painting project comes up.
