This was our second experience with Mosaic Tile and Jason Leonard, representative. We will never go anywhere else or work with anyone else with tile. Seriously - Jason Leonard is an excellent professional. He is courteous, customer focused, understands the way tile is installed, and amazingly, has an eye for design. He helped with our Kitchen remodel in 2014, and helped my very selective wife with the master bathroom tile selection. He goes above and beyond every time to make sure customers are satisfied. We had our general contractor purchase the tile. Unfortunately, because he abandoned the job (and taking at least $15k of payment without delivery), we did not proceed with the master bathroom redesign. We still have the tile and look forward to installing it someday.

Paula Carr was extremely helpful in helping me pick out tile, especially since I am artistically-challenged. I have no eye when it comes to deciding what "goes" and I have no vision to be able to picture the final outcome. I needed ceramic tile for a complete master bath (walls, floors,tub surround, and shower), hall bath (walls, floor and tub surround), kitchen back splash, and laundry room (floor) update (first in 25 years). In addition, the budget was somewhat of an issue. Paula was very patient and offered the benefit of her experience to suggest what tile to use in my price range to coordinate with the other updates(granite and paint). When I wasn't happy with the original back splash and accents I had chosen, she helped me find exactly what would work better. The only glitch came when the wrong listello tile was sent for the master bath and there was a bit of a delay in getting the correct deco tile because it had to be re-ordered. I am very happy with how it all turned out (especially the back splash and laundry) and I would gladly work with Paula again. I would say that Mosaic is in the medium to high price range but, for me, it was well worth it.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't have sample tiels for me to take home so she ordered some from the warehouse for me. She was also helpful in selecting the grout color to best complement the tile. This company worked very well with my contractor to place the order and delivery of the tile was on time. They have a great selection of all types of tile. I will definitely use them again.

The reps were wonderful. Very knowelageble about their products and how the overall look of our vision would come together. They spent several hours with us planning our rooms and never once did I feel rushed to make a decision. The selection was fantastic.. We knew what we liked going into our project, but had we not, I feel this group would do a great job of helping us make a decison.

We worked with their sales person, it was a woman. She gave us all the time we needed, she was excellent. She showed us our different options.Their prices were, I wouldn't call them inexpensive but they weren't over the top either. She did give us a quote but we are just going to buy from them and a separate company is going to install for us. We went back about 3 or 4 times to look at their selection. They have what we want here. They were very service oriented, very friendly, efficient. She new all the products, the pros and cons of what material to choose. We liked the variety. We didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive tile at any time. Basically she cared about what we wanted and what would work best for our situation. You could do better at other places but the service is better here.

Renee did a fantastic job providing us with suggestions for our backsplash and tile flooring for the kitchen. We went in and gave her very little guidance as to where to start and she came up with ideas we loved immediately. The tile was purchased through Mosaic Tile by the installer and installed by a company Renee recommended. Every part of working with Mosaic Tile was outstanding! Highly recommend.

Asked for a consultation to help chose tile. They were wonderful to work with and made great suggestions . Nice folks!

Jason at Mosaic Tile helped us find a beautiful porcelain tile and grout. He also was quite experienced with the kind of project we wanted to have done, and recommended the tiler to do it. He referred us to an excellent tile installer (Joey Adams at Paragon Tile) who was experienced with installing under heated tile. The tiler came and measured 485 square feet of space and we ordered the tile, grout and electrical under floor wiring, through Jason. The tile arrived six days later. In the meantime, (at Jason's suggestion) we hired an election to rewire to our circuit breaker and set up thermostats on the lower house level, so that we could control the floor heat, once installed We hired local movers to bring all of our furniture to the main level (we are in our seventies and did not want to do that ourselves). The next week the tilers came, pulled up and removed our old carpeting, cleaned and evened up the floor, put down wiring, coated it, installed the tile, grouted and we are very happy with the result. Jason at Mosaic called periodically to be sure all was going well.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They were great to work with. The store was beautiful and they had a great selection. The staff seemed nice. I didn't have that much interaction; I just went in and bought what I wanted. It was a good experience and I will go back. They had the tile that nobody else had. All of their stuff looked first class.
