Description of Work: Cleaned all exterior windows. They did a very good job, the crew was very professional and friendly. Afterward, I noticed several windows with drip marks that were only visible in the early morning sun. I Emailed them and they came out the next morning to take care of it. Great customer service

 + -1 moreRob visited my home for his estimate punctually on the day and time we agreed. He viewed the inside and outside work and provided a fair price which I could compare to another service I had used in the past. Rob was punctual, if not slightly early, on the day of service. Rob was especially careful in my home. He wore booties when working inside my home without my requesting him to. Rob is respectful of his customer's home. Rob retraced his work to be sure there were no missed spots. I chose Major Panes because the owner executed the work. My hope was the owner knows his reputation is linked to quality and professionalism. Major Panes exemplifies that knowledge.
Description of Work: Rob cleaned all outside casement windows and entry doors as well as inside and outside skylights. Rob also cleaned recessed light fixtures and ceiling fan in a 14-16 foot ceiling.
