The work was fast and accurate. The employee was very professional.

Repairs worked fine except for the shower pan which cracked again and the entire pan had to be replaced by a plumber

The two guys showed up on Friday afternoon but did not have the materials to do the job. Off to Home Depot one went while the other finished a few things then sat around on his cell phone. Of course, the clock is ticking while he sat in Friday rush hour traffic: 2 guys for 1 hour = 2 hours of labor. They cut pieces of the trim out instead of replacing entire pieces. They replaced the pieces with wood instead of composite material. They caulked and nailed the pieces in. For a few pieces of pine they charged me another ~$80, no receipt. The job took longer than they thought so another 2 hours of man labor also tacked on. I had to call them back when the next day the screens wouldn't fit back in. It took two trips for them to get it right after the first repair. I was out on the roof today and their "repair" is now coming apart.

The work was good. They initially were responsive but I had trouble getting them to come back out for something else. They got the job done in about 8 hours. The worker was good.

I did not go through with this deal due to me having the impression that Leon himself would come out to perform the job. I didn’t realize that he contracted other people to perform multiple jobs. There also was an extra expense.

Handyman was very proficient and completed all jobs requested quickly

It's my opinion that the quality of what they do is pretty good. It was a bit difficult getting in touch with them at times, but communication was okay using texts. Price was the huge drawback; pretty expensive for what was done. Projects 1 and 2 seemingly went fine. Project 3 caused a few issues as they started mid day on some things causing more visits to finish than probably necessary. I also had to call multiple times for them to finish items they forgot about. The tile installation looks pretty good and so far the leak looks to be resolved. For those considering them the estimate may include approximations for materials, and after I provided the tile materials for project 3 (shower pan) the materials cost were still on the high side of their ranges. Not a terrible service, just a company I probably wouldn't use again due to cost.

The dry patching in the dining area is incomplete, The Drywall patching in my upstairs Bedroom Walls is incomplete. The water damage to the bedroom ceiling was not started. I tried, Beginning at noon to get in touch with the manager to schedule additional work time, (three messages.) As yet I have not heard anything back and I am now looking for a new person not affiliated with the company to complete the job. The worker sent to do the job was very nice. It is the management that does not care.

Did a good job. Only issue was the first scheduled appointment time the handyman showed up unprepared to do some of the work (I had also asked them to powerwash driveway and he didn't have one). But was able to reschedule easily

They were fine. They were on time and he they did a good job. They were really careful. It was wonderful.

Deamus arrived on time, was very polite and easy to work with. We would call again and he request him specifically. He got every item on our list accomplished with time to spare.

Leon responded promptly, but said his firm did not do one of the services I needed.

The two gentlemen of Leon Home Repair showed up on time and ready to work. I reviewed with the supervisor the work to be done. They immediately started removing the existing siding on the back porch and cutting and installing the new pieces. The new siding was caulked, primed, then painted with the paint we provided. This took most of the day and when completed, the back porch looked great! The gentlemen were very thorough in cleaning up the area. There was no debris or paint mess anywhere. The roof trim repair was completed in a short period of time and involved climbing up a high ladder to access the damaged areas. All the squirrel damage was removed and now looks good as new! All the work was completed in one day. Both gentlemen were quiet and polite and were diligent and professional in their work. I would very much recommend Leon Home Repair for home repairs!

Had problem's communicating with the provider. After quote was received, the provider went silent and was unable to reach him to schedule service.

He was not punctual. The first day he was supposed to come, he didnt show up. The next day he called us last minute to say he was running late and came at 1:00 pm instead of 9:00 am. It is very inconvenient because I had all of the stuff that was usually in the cabinet out on the dining table. Also, he initially said that the issue with the hanging lights was just due to bad bulbs. We replaced the bulbs and it still wasnt working properly. We informed him of this and he sent a reply email saying it may be the fixture then. This is very frustrating because we would think he would be able to figure this out, and now we are using more time and maybe more money to get the problem fixed.

All work was completed in one day. This has solved our drainage problem. Clean up was great and the workers were very professional.

The workers were punctual, polite and responsive. They were very professional and courteous, proactive with suggestions and with maintaining a clean workspace. We will definitely use them again.

Leon asked for the directions. I provided them to him. Hr said, Fri the 24th of Oct. at 9:30 am. I agreed. He turned the job down the nite B4. IT MUST BE NICE TO TURN DOWN A $ 10,000.00. JOB!

I had some misc repair/maintenance that needed to be completed on my house. The Leon Home Repairs team was fast and professional. All of the interior work was excellent! We had an issue with the outdoor light shorting after power washing. Someone came out the next day and spent an extra 4 hours with me to fix it at no extra cost. I highly recommend Leon Home Repairs and will definitely call them again in the future.

Was not able to get in contact with provider. We played phone tag 2-4 times. I found another contractor that was more responsive.

Excellent value and excellent work! The representative showed up a few minutes early and worked very h****** a long list of items I needed to get repaired after a home purchase. Very skilled at all aspects of home repairs- more than I could have expected. I wish I had known about this service earlier- not only did they do the standard handyman items - but electrical and plumbing certified as well. I wasted a lot of money on a separate plumber and electrician when I could have used these guys instead. I would not hesitate to call them back for any services I need on my home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It is refreshing to feel like you got a good deal and were not taken advantage of. I believe the worked I had was Ysmael? He was fantastic and his personality and work ethic alone are an asset for this company.

Chris and his crew worked overtime to get the job done quickly since we stayed elsewhere while the work was being done. Turned out beautiful and Edison did a great job on the tile. They took very good care and covered up floors, but up plastic barriers and cleaned it all up when they left. Great Job! Would definitely use them again.

We requested a quote for some work in our dining room (create hidden storage beneath the stairs, panel the outside stair case, and create a hidden door). Christian called one hour before the appointment to say that his truck had been towed and he could not make it. He made the followup appointment and said he would send out a quote on Monday. My wife called LHR office to give them our contact information again that week when we did not receive the quote. We never heard back from anyone. Waste of our time.

Ysmael worked pretty much non stop all day. He also found a leak while he was repairing the shower. He was very consciousness and the quality of his work is excellent. I would highly recommend the service.
