Grey Land Specialist

My project was a complete renovation of my front yard. The project scope included grading, removal of dirt/debris, importing 24 cubic yards of topsoil, spreading/compacting of topsoil and digging post holes. Of the 4 businesses that responded to my posting, Grey Land Specialist was the first to reach out to me and the only one to provide a formal quote by email. My assessment of Grey during his first call and subsequent visit was that he was articulate, professional, and a good listener with a kind of quiet confidence that put me at ease. Once we were in agreement on the particulars of my project, Grey began working within a week’s time. The agreement he provided was straightforward and easily completed via DocuSign. Grey is definitely experienced with a Bobcat and operated it with great poise (no nicks to the house, nor our cherished trees). He did a great job spreading the topsoil EVENLY across the yard, taking care to fill in depressions. Grey completed the job within the timeline promised with no additional/hidden costs incurred. My wife and I have had several BIG home improvement projects over the past 10 years, but of them all, I can honestly say our project with Grey was the only one that actually exceeded our expectations and finished on time. I would definitely hire Grey Land Specialist again.
