They were very good. I have recommended them to friends. The price was good, the service was good. I've had no problems with anything. If people have asked about hiring a painter in person or on social media I have recommended Five Star.

Fantastic. I had a quote within 2 days of my call, and the work performed the following week The young man who did the work was a real artist. The paint match is perfect; they look as good as new. Clean-up was great also. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Pablo and his partners did an excellent job of painting all rooms (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, bonus room). The painting was professionally done, and the painters were efficient in their work. Removing the wallpaper from some rooms proved to be difficult, but the team worked well to get it done. They cleaned up well after each day of work, and did a complete cleaning at the end of the job.

Everything went well from start to finish. We had some trouble even getting representatives from other companies to come out to the house when they said they would just to quote work. This company showed up on time, provided quotes the next day, worked with us to trim a few details and reduce our costs. They worked with us on timing as we were coordinating getting the house ready to sell. The painting crews then showed up on time, were respectful of our house and did a fabulous job in less time then they said they would. We signed a contract, they provided proof of insurance as asked, I can't think of anything that could have improved our experience.

I will NOT be giving my business to this franchisee.

Very nice job and great customer service. They came out quickly to give me a quote, stuck exactly to their price, and were $300 less than the other two painting contractors who quoted the job. I forgot to send paint colors until the evening before they were scheduled to come. They turned the finalized contract around that evening. They arrived on time, completed the job in the stated time frame, and Jose was very courteous about keeping the house clean and taking care of the furnishings. I would definitely use them again.

Five Star Painting were a very good company to have in the house. They painted my basement and stair case, they prepped it and painted it and it took them less than 2 days I believe, to get the job done. They really did an excellent job and they also cleaned up afterwards The results are FANTASTIC! Upfront, they gave me a reasonable bid. I highly recommend their work.

I called Bruce for a rushed job to finish the painting of the interior. After I contacted Bruce, he and Susie (his project manager) had me schedule for the next week. Their painter showed up, one man crew, and knocked out all the painting in two half days (the days were cool and humid, so the paint couldn't dry quickly). The painter did an amazing job and it comes with a 2-year warranty which is great since you might not always catch blemishes or issues the day after painting is complete. I would DEFINITELY choose Five Start Painting again. The communication, professionalism, convenience to customers, level of quality, etc. all are 5 star (excuse the pun).

Bought a house that was in desperate need of better paint colors throughout. Our realtor recommended Five Star. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Responded to our inquiry quickly and provided a quote within 24 hours. Estimated it would take two to three days and they were finished in two. Crew was very friendly and polite. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

High quality organization. The estimate & administration were both handled very professionally. We had a considerable amount of damage to the walls & ceilings from re-piping. When five star was finished fixing the sheetrock it was impossible to tell that there was any damage from the re-pipe. The workers were all very hard working (always on time), meticulous, polite and neat. Repairing the sheetrock entails a lot of dust which these guys diligently cleaned up. They did a great job painting and matching the paints to existing colors. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work. We will be using them again.

All-in-all it was a really simple job the for the professionals. The most disappointing aspect was that my ceiling light was damaged. When I contacted five-star painting about it, I got a run around. Eventually it was just ignored and still has not been addressed. Now I have to pony up an extra $100 to buy a new ceiling lamp.

The crew prepped (including some wall paper removal) and painted the interior walls and base boards of my mothers house in preparation of selling it. They showed up and finished on time, and even went ahead and touched up areas such as doors and door frames that were not included in the quote at no cost. The price was all inclusive using Sherwin Williams paint and the work done was very professional.

I've used Five Star once before (Fall 2014) and got a super quick response. The quality and neatness of the work and the care they took in protecting our home (covering the hallway/stairs outside of the room they were painting) was outstanding! We were so pleased, we called again. The second time, I called between Christmas and New Year's to schedule an appointment. In all fairness, it is difficult to get in touch with anyone during that time but I did have to follow up several times (maybe I am spoiled from our first interaction). In any event, once we got the scheduling straight, all the work was done in a day (8a-6p). One wall of our playroom room was covered with a hand-painted mural with vibrant colors and another wall was a dark blue. They spent a majority of the day prepping these two walls. Everything went smoothly in all rooms and it was another quality job. The owner came by the following day to check the work. We had one small area that needed to be addressed. Within a few hours, someone was at our home and the problem was satisfactorily resolved. I can't say enough good about the quality of the work performed. We paid more working with them but I think the difference in price is well justified.

In the end, we decided to use a family friend, but I am writing this review to let others know how pleased we were with the process and the price they provided. We were scheduled to have an estimate and Bruce arrived about 10 minutes early. He had a very nice appearance and was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We walked around the perimeter of the house and discussed the painting requirements. He said that he would provide a quote in a few days, but it took only 1 business day. The quote was extremely reasonable, we were very pleased with the price and quality (good paint used, additional services like power washing provided). The quote was itemized/broken down by item and that was very helpful. The price was much cheaper than I expected. If we had not decided to use our family friend, we would have used Five-Star Painting without question, so I am writing this review to encourage others to call Bruce. His price is fair and the charges are clearly detailed.

Extremely well. They worked around our hours and were in and out efficiently, with no mess or mistakes. They used quality paints and the price was more than reasonable. Bruce was very knowledgable about the kinds of paint and even (surprisingly) colors schemes which was very helpful to a busy male business owner like myself! I would recommend Five Star Painting to anyone!

This house was listed for sale and we wanted to have a nice paint job so that it would help to quickly sell, which it did.

I had painting contractors provide estimates and Five Star was less than the others but the references are what eventually convinced me to give them the contract. Included in the estimates, all the painting contractors identified additional wood work that needed repair/and or replacing. It took more than a week due to weather delays but my wife and I were very pleased with the results. The daily crews cleaned up after themselves and took pride in their work habits (I worked nights during part of the process and I was able to monitor on a daily and sometimes hourly basis). One of the exterior colors I needed, Sherwin Williams did not produce any more but Bruce's team was able to come up with an exact color that matched perfectly. My house looks refreshed and good as new with the quality Sherwin Williams paint he suggested. My sister also had Five Star paint numerous interior rooms and hallways at her house to get ready for sale and she was very pleased with the results and which may have contributed to her house selling in 2 weeks and 2 days.
