We are pleased with our rug. Installers were great.

After 20 years, we decided to replace the entire upstairs carpet. We went to another large, popular carpet store but couldn't find the type or pattern of carpet we wanted. We went to Eatman's and were greeted by Brenda. She showed us what they had that met all the criteria and we immediately found exactly what we wanted. We were torn between 2 colors and Brenda offered to have larger samples sent to the home at no cost. We chose a color but had to delay installation for about a month because of a family emergency. We had the carpet installed a week ago and are thrilled with it. Vladimir and his team were punctual, personable and did a fabulous job with installation and clean-up that took two days. He has been with Eatman's for many years and obviously takes great pride in his work, which he should. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and we relied heavily on her expertise. We were not disappointed. We also appreciated her understanding with our family situation. She is a lovely woman to work with who is also excellent at her job. Eatman's may be a little pricey, but it was worth it for the individualized service and for the willingness to work with clients to make them happy. We are extremely happy with the beautiful carpet. The upstairs has been transformed! Would highly recommend Eatman's and would gladly work with Brenda and Vladimir again.

Whoops, all is above. I might add that this was for an exercise room, and we had discusssed the need for a sturdy floor. We explained that we have pets, and so the fact that it got damaged kind of easily makes me think we made the wrong choice, though I realize dog pee is destructive.
My don't would be ever buy from Eatmans.

Everything went pretty well. The person that I worked with was very good and explained everything pretty well. He was patient with me while I took my time.

THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I PAID FOR THE CARPET UP FRONT AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TO INSTALL IT FOR ALMOST SEVEN MONTHS! I KEPT CALLING THEM AT LEAST TWO TIMES A WEEK AND THEY STILL NEVER RESPONDED. THEY ARE A POOR QUALITY COMPANY.
