Description of Work: Broken spring trapped car in garage and despite holiday schedule the company responded even though secretary assured me the technician would have arrived sooner than his actual arrival time. Very professional, courteous and complete service by technician, who got us on our way as quickly as possible.

Description of Work: Replaced overhead garage door opener with a LiftMaster jack shaft opener. Paul was very prompt and thorough. He completed the installation and came back to make an adjustment. The opener has been working great every since.

Description of Work: I called the Raleigh office because there was not a Fayetteville number on the Angie's page. They transferred me to the Fayetteville store, I left a voice mail before 10:00 in the morning and never received a call back to aknowledge me. Bad business practice, at least return a call and let someone know. I went with another company and they had the job done by 2:30 pm.

Description of Work: A car severely bent the side rail of the garage door making it unusable. When I called, they would try to work me in today. In about 1 hour, a repairman was at the house and in another 1 hour completed the repair. In addition, I asked about a keypad to open the garage. I was told the price, reasonable, and that the labor was already paid for with repair of the side rail.

+ -1 moreI am very impressed with the quick service to my home and the efficiency of the repairman. It far exceeded my expectations for timeliness of service and I am very happy with the price. We have bought springs for this door from this company in the past for do-it-yourself-repairs and will definitely consider them to replace the whole door in the future.
Description of Work: Our home is 35+ years old and has a double car wooden very heavy garage door with an automatic garage door opener. Last night the cable snapped on one side of the door while it was lowering, leaving the door unusable, and hanging almost to the ground. I called Custom Overhead Doors at 7:45am and about 2 hours later a repairman contacted me. He came out, replaced both cables on the door, checked and oiled the springs, and generally made sure the door was in good working order when he left. The charge was $95 for the service call and $10 for the cost of the cables! My door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly.
