Description of Work: Was getting a clean every two weeks. Very inconsistent service. One visit great, next visit areas missed by cleaners. When brought to owner's attention he visited home, was very responsive, listened attentively, promised corrections, and then the cycle repeated again, and then a third time. Part of problem is the turnover of cleaners. Seeing new faces every two weeks almost guarantees a lack of continuity and professionalism. Cleaners then get rushed by their tight schedule and do a mediocre job. Finally released this firm and hired another that is responsive, consistent & reliable.

 + -1 moreI LIKE HOW THE COMPANY CONCENTRATES ON DIFFERENT AREAS EACH TIME THEY COME TO CLEAN. THEY ARE NICE AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE WHO KEEP ME VERY INFORMED ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I BELIEVE THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH THOUGH.
Description of Work: EVERY TWO WEEKS CLEANING AUTHORITY SENDS A PERSON TO DO REGULAR HOUSECLEANING. EACH TIME THEY ROTATE ON THEIR FOCUS AREAS.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HAS EVEN BEEN HERE A COUPLE OF TIMES WHEN THERE WERE A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND VERY HONEST.
Description of Work: WE HAVE THEM COME EVERY OTHER WEEK AND CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE. THEY VACUUM, SCRUB, CLEAN THE BATHROOMS, AND DUST. EVERY TIME THEY ARRIVE, THEY SPOTLIGHT A CERTAIN ROOM IN THE HOUSE AND DO DEEP CLEANING. THEY ROTATE THIS ALL THE TIME.
