Description of Work: I called these guys about a chair I had that had been stained. My son had gotten greasy medicine from his hands on it and I was not sure it would come out. I worked with Vance who is the consumate professional. He was also worried it would not come out but instead of just telling me that went to the extremes to try. First, he came out for free (because he was in the area) to test it to see if we could make any progress. His biggest concern was my paying for something that wouldn't work. That did not have a lot of impact on the stain (truly don't think it was his work... think it was the type of stain) and he tried to stop there so I wouldn't spend unecessary money. I really wanted to give it our best shot so asked him to come out and do the full chair. (I knew the minimum fee was $100.) It made it better but did not go away. He was so upset that it didn't go away (even though he tried to talk me out of it) that he tried to reduce the price. I refused because that is what we agree upon but he has made a loyal customer out of me. Next issue we have I will definitely be calling Vance. He is very focused on service and wants to be sure you are completely satisfied with his work. He went the extra mile (or more!). And he was very good about explaining everything he was doing and how it worked. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Description of Work: They did 4 room/hallway carpet clean and worked with me to evaluate the best price. I was very pleased with the price at the end of the day. There were a few spots remaining that I expected to be gone after they left. Marker spots from kids, etc. They did mention a few spots that they worked on (grease) and they were noticeably better. The carpets looked amazing when they left, nice and fluffy, and they are generally much brighter looking, but just seeing a few spots that I expected to be gone was a little disappointing. It seems like they could have taken a little bit more time to really work on them. The dry clean powder that they sold ($20) is still under my review as to whether or not it is effective, but I liked the 10% off for a future service and free refill, so I risked it. |The team did come out in poor weather conditions and I was pleased with the customer service provided. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They did a great job. Cleaned my off white wall to wall carpeting upstairs, on landing and stairway. Managed to clean the area between the carpet and the wall on the stairs quite clean. My carpet is over 12 years old. Also, they cleaned my persian rugs. I loved that there was no lingering odor or dampness from the cleaning process.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List special for 3 areas, and bought the remaining areas of my house (another room, bedroom, and stairs) so all my carpets could be cleaned as part of our PCS departure. | |Vance was timely and also adjusted his schedule to accommodate a change with our movers. | |They were quick and deliberate -- carpets looked and smelled great! Description of Work: Carpet Dry Clean did an incredible job cleaning our new home's carpets. We contacted CDC only the day before closing on our new home and they made accommodations to schedule our carpet cleaning that very next day. Earl contacted me to let me know they would be early and they were expedient and professional in their service. The results from pre to post clean were night and day. Their prices are more than fair, and I will undoubtedly be hiring them again for all my carpet cleaning in the future.

Description of Work: Dry cleaned (very dirty)carpets upstairs and down -- great room and small library down, two bedrooms and hall up. Carpets looked new, even the upstairs which are 27 years old! Miguel was early for the appointment and was extremely personable, professional and efficient (as well as dog-friendly, a big plus for us!). The whole job was completed in under two hours, and the carpets were completely dry and ready to walk on. Wonderful!!

Description of Work: Cleaned the entire upstairs and while it was nice to have the carpets dry cleaned, I don't think they were as clean as the standard wet cleaning as I had to go over a couple spots (not their fault) to re-clean with my small handheld wet cleaner and the water was very dirty.

Description of Work: This was my first time ever hiring anyone to clean carpets. I had a positive experience through the whole process, the tech was clean and friendly and my carpets are clean:)
