Description of Work: Cleaned carpeted areas. There was one area I had only hoped they could make better - I never dreamed they could get rid of the stains. But they did. You can't even tell there was ever a seriously bad stain there. They were punctual and explained everything they were going to do (their process, etc) before they started and they made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I highly recommend them and I am a person that is picky and has high expectations.

Description of Work: They cleaned the stairs, landing and bedroom carpet. Most of it looked much better but the edges were still dark in some spots. The cleaner said that is because the carpet is old and it is about 17 years old. He was very polite and worked quickly.

Description of Work: They came on time and were quick, efficient and very pleasant. Carpet looked great even though it is old and we have two large hairy dogs. Price was a bit high, but I am admittedly cheap and hadn't cleaned the carpets in over a year. Don't remember exactly what the cost was. I would use them again.
