Excellent. Very prompt, same day service. Also, very professional. Demonstrated the product first on some carpet. There were definitely nasty stains in a number of places and they were lifted out with the process this company uses (I had only had wet carpet cleaning in the past). The service men were respectful, thorough, and efficient.

Very professional and organziaton. We left a message for service via e-mail and the promptly called us first thing Monday morning. We had appointment set for within a day. A very well organizaed and professional team cleaned our carpets thoroughly. It is the best carpet cleaning job that we have ever received. They gave us the 10% Angie's list discount. If you call within a year using the maintenance program then you will receive a 10% discount.

The person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to have someone come out the same day, if I was in a hurry to have the work done. He gave me an estimate and told me the cleaners would move the furniture. The crew arrived on time, explained everything to me, moved everything we agreed they should move and put it back exactly where it was. They did a thorough job, and cleaned a small area rug (which they had to move) for free. The price was exactly as quoted and they honored the 10% off Angie's List coupon. I had given up on my 12-year-old, pet-damaged carpet, but it looks so much better that I'm thinking of having the rest of it cleaned soon.

Overall, this company does a fine job. Although, I don't have much to compare them by. My only warnings are: 1) The costs seem to creep up, and I felt a lot of upsell. Example: To do area rugs, etc., I guess this is part of the business, but I didn't care for it. Especially, when I have a $40 area rug from Sams Club and the cost to clean was more than the rug.... Also, there is high pressure to fill out customer referral cards. Perhaps in a competitive business such as carpet cleaning, this is a great way to differentiate your service. However, I felt pressured to fill out cards. When I told him, I would not do it time of service, he was not happy. I can't say I wouldn't give them another try and see if I have a better experience. But, given the mission of Angie's List, I felt I should share my experience with others.

They came when they said they were going to come, they did what they said they were going to do. They worked very hard and they made sure to put everything back in its place when they were done. All in all, I was very pleased.

Very accommodating - I had to call and reschedule twice. They were understanding and great to work with. They called on the day of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Carlo and Marlon were very thorough; I took them through the house to show them the problem areas, as well as what I wanted cleaned. Very professional; showed me a few places where they were not able to get up old stains. Overall, however, an excellent job! Coffee stains, pet stains and general grime from foot traffic is gone.

The crew did a great job cleaning our carpets - they look beautiful. Still, I did have three complaints: (1) The final price was approximately $100 more than what I was quoted over the phone. I know it is difficult to estimate square footage over the phone; however, this is a significant difference in cost for a $300 job. (2) The crew arrived approx. 30 minutes late; however, they did call several times to provide updates. (3) At the end of the appointment the crew asked me to complete a paper survey/review for Angie's List. I felt badgered by the main crew member to provide all "A's". In addition, they would not allow me to complete the review on my own time and mail it in. I was also asked to complete nearly 30 customer referral cards prior to the completion of the job. Overall, this experience made me question whether the glowing reports on Angie's List for this company are deserved or coerced?

The team went out of their way to be thorough & moved furniture for us. I really appreciate their dedication to serving my needs.

I enjoyed Miguel and his partner. Friendly and hardworking. Insisted I thoroughly check out their work. I like the pride he shows in his work.

We recently put our house on the market and moved. After all the furniture was removed from the old house, there were numerous places where the carpet was stained and discolored, and generally needed a good cleaning. Carpet Dry Clean did a fantastic job - with a few minor exceptions, the carpet looks as good as new, even where large pieces of exercise equipment had been for years. Not only that, but their process also left the whole house smelling nice and fresh - since it's been empty for a couple of weeks, it had started to smell a little musty. We're really happy we had this done - great-looking carpets and the nice smell will definitely help us sell the house, and at a very reasonable cost! We have used this company before, with equally great results, and will definitely use them again at our new location.

I made an appointment last week to have my carpets cleaned (4 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 staircases, 3 area rugs and upholstery on a couch), but after talking with the technician decided not to have the work done. After seeing my carpets the technician explained that the dry cleaning process does not work as well on berber carpets as it does on cut/plush carpets and that there is a risk of pulling the loops and causing runs in the carpet. He assured me that if the process caused a pull/run they would repair it, but I was concerned enough that I elected not to have the work done. I was disappointed that it didn't work out, but I do not blame the company. I do wish they would have asked me about what type of carpet I had when I made the appointment so that they could have avoided the unnecessary trip out here, but otherwise they seem to be very professional, and I am glad that they were upfront with me about the risks.

Perfect, the kids are at school and when they come home the floors will be dry, my husband will be happy that one more thing has been taken off of his list of things to do!

We called one day before and they were able to come the next day. Miguel made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. We were.

The arrived on time and did a demonstration "to impress us" although we already had good word of mouth feedback. They gave us a reasonable estimate, and began work. The cleaning was very thorough, and the carpets looked great. They offer an additional bucket of spot cleaner which has free refills every time you call them; a good idea if you have pets or kids! Miguel and Jesse were very polite and efficient.

I used Carpet Dry Clean to clean the carpets before we moved to a new house. Even though the Berber carpet was only a year old, there was a large black stain in a bedroom and the previous owner was a smoker. I was pleasantly surprised how well the black stain was removed. Also, I purchased a bucket of the cleaning medium because we have 3 small dogs who would no longer have a dog door and access to a large fenced yard. This has been a great "carpet saver" since we've had several pet accidents as the dogs have become used to the new idea of having to go outside on a leash. This has been more successful at cleaning the accidents than all the other products I tried when they were puppies. I will definitely use them again.

Earl sent Miguel and Jesse out to do the job and what a great job they did. They were so personable and very through with their work. Miguel took the time to go over all of the advantages of their process and I can tell you that I am very fussy about my house and it looks and smells like a million dollars. I needed a couple of pieces of furniture moved and they were so gracious about doing that for me. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a top of the line company and clean, knowledgeable and happy employees!

My appointment was scheduled within one week. Jairo came to my house on time and cleaned a square of my carpet to show me how well the product performed. Dina vacuumed the carpets before Jairo cleaned them, then she vacuumed them again. When the job was finished, Jairo inspected my vacuum cleaner to make sure it was working properly. I would call Jairo and Dina again.

I liked that I called for an estimate and they were able to schedule the cleaning for next day (same day if I had wanted). No wait. A very friendly crew. Good demonstration and exact estimate before I had to agree to work. Carpet looks amazing. I would highly recommend their work.

My call was returned promptly, received an estimate over the phone, and scheduled for the same week. I received a call 30 minutes prior and they arrived at the scheduled time. The workers were friendly, polite, and professional. The carpet is cleaner than it has been since it was installed. I plan to use them again and would recommend their service to anyone.

I think they are really good at getting dirt out. They are not a steam cleaner or chem dry cleaner, they are organic and are able to clean everything really well while not harming pets. I have referred them to all my clients.

They were able to remove the paint without damaging the fabric of my couch. I love them because they are an organic company so their products do not harm my two dogs.

The two employees arrived right on time and worked very energetically. Everything was put back where it was. They worked extra hard on areas where there was air-flow discoloration and improved it considerably.

They gave me an estimate before they did the work and also cleaned a small area of the living room to show me the effectiveness of the dry cleaning process. I was pleased that they moved all furniture I requested, and were very cheerful and respectful of everyone in our home (2 small children and 2 indoor cats). Since the water spots would not come out on my furniture, they cleaned one chair for free! I was very impressed with the technicians and the condition of the carpet, rugs, and furniture.

The company called an hour ahead of time to confirm, the technicians arrived on time. They measured the area and gave us a price. Then they explained and demonstrated their product on our carpet. Next, they vacuumed the entire area. They sprayed some areas and spread their cleaning powder. They rubbed the powder into the carpet with a special power brush, and lastly vacuumed each area twice. They also moved the furniture as needed.
