It was a most excellent experience, Victor and his crew first demo'd the process to us and then we went shopping. They finished as we walked in the door. We were thoroughly pleased with quality, professionalism, timeliness and results!

I got an appointment the very week I called. Carlo and Marlon were very courteous and professional. They removed pet stains I thought would be impossible. On eof the nice things about this company is they give you a free refill of the magical "beads" used to clean the carpet so I can remove intermittent "pet accidents" myself - this product is truly a miracle. I have used Carpet Dry Clean approximately 6 times and will continue to use them.

Had an appointment with CarpetDryClean, and they came during the 30 minute window as expected. I explained what I wanted cleaned and they offered to do a sample. Sample looked great, so they did the 2 rooms as planned. 40 minutes later they were finished and the carpet looks almost new. Ferdi and Anthony did a great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

I really like this method of carpet cleaning, they spread a flaky substance all over the carpet then used a machine with roller type brushes which dissolved and actually ground in the cleaned, then vacuumed. Carpet was ready to walk on in a few minutes, looked great and smelled very nice (they did spray a deodorant afterward, it was not overpowering. And I don't like air fresheners or perfumes, but this did not bother me at all). The cleaning did a good job at fluffing up the high traffic areas. After a month, you can see the high traffic areas again, but it is still better than prior to cleaning.

They were very punctual - gave a call before arriving and arrived when they said they would. Victor, the lead contractor (there were 3 people total) was very nice. They gave me a quick demo of what they could do on one of our worst spots. After making sure I was satisfied, they measured out the rooms' sq. footage and came up with an exact price. After I gave them the ok they went to work. After about 2 hours they let me know that they were done. I took a look around b/c they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Everything looked good. There was one spot that gave them some trouble, but I don't blame them - we can't get it out either. It is mostly gone though. They gave me free of charge a small box of solution to use on it if it comes back. Overall I was very impressed with all 3 fellows. Punctual, professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. Can't beat that.

Ferdi and his assistant arrived on time. Ferdi explained the process and did a small area of the carpet so I could see the results. He gave the price for doing the job. His assistant and he then got to work. There were a few areas that needed a second treatment, but Ferdi worked until the carpet looked great.

It went very well. They were timely, efficient, and they did a good job. This is the second time that I have used their service.

Great experience, very clean carpets. Miguel and Vance arrived on time, explained the procedure, and gave me a demonstration. Measured rooms and then gave me an estimate. Cleaned all rooms - took about 3.5 hours total. Carpets had pet stains and were light colored - the cleaning was amazingly good. Both men were polite and respectful. I opened doors and windows during cleaning to help dissipate the smell and that helped immensely - afterword, there was no unpleasant odor.

Victor and his team were scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 pm and they actually arrived early which I really appreciated. As promised in their advertisement, they performed a demonstration on one of my oldest stains in the carpet. They were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services.

Miguel Polo arrived promptly. He demonstrated the method that he uses to clean the carpets and gave us an estimate. He cleaned the carpets. The carpets look as good as they did when they were new!

I found this compnay on Angie's List and went with them because of all the great reviews. I was not disappointed. I had scheduled the service for early afternoon. The morning of the service the technician, Miguel, called and asked if he and Vance could come in the morning, which worked fine with my schedule. They arrived when they said they would. Miguel gave a detailed explaination and demonstration of what the product is, how it works and all the benefits. He was very informative and gave me tips on how to maintain my carpets on my own. Miguel and Vance cleaned all the areas and the carpets look incredible. Not only are all the stains gone, but the carpets look brand new and just great. Miguel and Vance were very professional and did a great job. I will ask for them when I call for my next cleaning.

Went great. They called at 11 am, and arrived about 12. Did a great job and we were very pleased.

Victor measured the whole area to be cleaned and gave us a quote for the total cost. He then did a sample patch of carpet to make sure we would be happy with their work. I picked the worst spot on the carpet for the test and it came out perfectly clean! Our carpet is 20 years old and a very light color and we have 3 large dogs and 2 cats and a muddy back yard so our carpets were looking very yucky. Victor and his crew got out every single spot on our carpet and it looks fantastic! It has been a week since they cleaned our carpets and I am still amazed every time I look at the floor. It was especially nice to not have to deal with any dampness in the carpet, especially in the winter. No stains have yet re-appeared. This carpet cleaning has allowed us to put off getting new carpeting for at least another year. We will definitely be using them in the future! Victor also gave us extra of the dry-clean powder so that we can use it on future stains.

This was the second time I used them. They did a fantastic job both times. They were able to come out immediately after my initial phone call.

I needed to get the carpets cleaned for holiday parties and a listing at the last moment. They came quickly, handled the job from beginning to end professionally. The cost was more then fair for 5 very large rooms and a long hallway. They explained everything, every step of the way. The two gentleman that did the job could be invited back to my home anytime.

Made a telephone appt. The serviceman called to confirm the morning of the appt. and arrived right on time. They were very courteous and professional. Carlo explained the cleaning process in detail and what could be reasonably expected. The entire cleaning took less than two hours. While there was a chemical odor during the cleaning, it dissipated very quickly. This process was much more effective at removing deep stains than wet cleaning systems.

Upon calling them they were able to meet my request for date and time. They called to see if they could come earlier and this was convenient with my schedule. They arrived on time and immediately introduced themselves. We discussed the carpets that needed cleaning and specific spot areas. The job they did was excellent - my carpets looked great. Price was good. They were so professional and pleasant. They will be who I call when I am ready to have my carpets cleaned again.

If you're not familiar with this service the cleaning involved first wetting the carpet lightly with a spray bottle, generous spreading of a cleaning powder, brushing the carpet with a stand up device and vacuuming to remove the powder and carpet fibers. The product worked as advertised. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner and most problematic stains were removed. The two service men were prompt, courteous and professional. The treatment does generate a strong odor depending on your tolerance. I could bear it for about 30 minutes. Hours after the treatment the odor was drastically reduced and unnoticeable the next day. A terrific service I would use again.

Everything went great! They cleaned it well enough that we didn't have to replace the carpet. We have used other carpet cleaners that left the carpets wet and they never turned out good. This company, however, did a wonderful job! They called me three times to let me know that they were coming out and I really appreciated them. I picked them because of their high ratings on Angie's List and we were very happy with them. They were very realistic about what they could get done instead of making empty promises.

Very good work. I rented the apartment at a great price, but it was very musty and the carpet had not been cared for. I mostly hired to sanitize and the carpet turned 2 shades lighter and you could see the Berber detail when they were done. The landlord was even impressed with the result. I was just happy I could take my shoes off, plus the added bonus of the spot & rust removals. On time, and very quick work. Definitely recommend!

My carpets look brand new again. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Miguel was great. He arrived early and was very helpful. I did not have to vacuum or move any furniture, he took care of that. He was also able to get the paint and other stains out of the carpet.

Everything went very well. He was very prompt and did what he said. He called me with a price and it was the same price I paid. Since it was a rental he let himself in with the lock box and I didn t have to go out there. They are marginally more expensive than traditional carpet cleaners, but well worth the money. They were able to remove pet stains, and the best part was that because it was a dry clean, not a wet clean, my other workers could come in immediately and do what else needed to be done.

Everything went better than expected. They even got a huge stain from oil from a ceiling fan out of the carpet that had been there for 2 years!

I called 24 hrs ago; they came right when they said they would; 2 guys (Carlo and Marlon) did all the work in 3 hrs; cleaned up everything; moved the furniture that I asked to be moved; I didn't want the bed moved; they took this into account when measuring. I also had a water stain that they almost got out; it had been there a while, so this was a great improvement. When they left, the carpet was in great shape; no cleanup from us needed. Very plush for the first time in years! We used a water based cleaner last time; not nearly as nice as this.
