Our almost white berber carpet was dry-cleaned by one technician. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time and then measured the carpeted area to pin down the estimate. The actual cost came in on the low side of the estimate range - good! He explained the dry-cleaning process to us and what results we could expect. He was personable and pleasant. We had done preparation for the cleaning - removed all small objects from the floor. The technician moved sofas, chairs and other furniture. Large pieces (beds, armoire, dresser) stayed in place. A cleaning powder was applied to the carpets, worked in with a machine, then vacuumed up. No mess, no water, no chemical smell, and the carpet could be used again as soon as he finished. The carpet looks very nice now. We are happy with the result.

Elmer and his coworker were prompt. They did a great job. The carpets look great and all of the stains that had been there a long time are gone. I even purchased some extra product to do my own furniture in the future.

Initially I spoke to Earl and he and I discussed what I wanted done. He asked how large the house was (square feet) and then asked what rooms I wanted cleaned. I explained 3 bedrooms, loft, living/dining room, and the family room. He estimated this to be 1000 sq feet and quoted me $.30 a sq ft. I asked about the stairs and he said $3 each. So we expected to pay approximately $350 for the job. The gentlemen showed up promptly as scheduled and gave me a demonstration. Then they measured the area and it ended up being 1395 sq feet so the bill was $418.50 before tax. They did a great job but I would have been much happier had I been expecting to pay over $400 before they came. The men were very quick and did a good job. Shortly after they left I received a call to see if I was happy with the job they did. All in all a good experience.

I hope the letter I sent ALL my friends will explain my experience. You may know I am getting ready to sell my house and today I had the most amazing carpet cleaning company EVER! I want to tell everyone I know. My carpet has not been cleaned for years-I had given up on it and planned to allow a great deal to a buyer for a carpet allowance. This company had great reviews on the internet but you can?t always trust those. I joined Angie?s List and checked them out. They have great reviews on Angie?s List too. They don?t use water so the carpet is clean and not soggy! I?m telling you they removed stains left behind by the Sanderson Football team (2002 ish) Meaghan learned to apply make-up in her room and much of it ended up on the carpet, Maggie, dear sweet 110 pound Maggie the lab, and of course the cup of coffee thrown at the ex husband as he left---all stains that I thought would be there forever! I?m really thrilled at the results. No, I have no interest in this company and don?t know anyone that works there, I just had to share how great a job they did!

The technicians arrived on time, were polite and efficient. The numerous spots disappeared and the rugs look like new. I would definitely have them come and clean again!

They got every single spot. They vacuumed when they came. They moved furniture. They got out spots that I was told were irremovable. They were so efficient. They took their time. You can walk on carpet after they are clean. You don't have to wait for it to dry. They even cleaned an old carpet in a laundry room. They were wonderful, punctual and quick to call me back if I had to leave a message.

I called for an estimate, which was between $210 to $240. That was for three rooms and closets, a hallway, and 13 stairs at $3 per stair. I thought that sounded a little high for empty rooms, but decided to go with Carpet Dry Clean based upon the reviews. That was the right thing to do. Victor called early to confirm that day. The crew showed up and they did a no-charge demonstration before starting the job. It was impressive. The process is alcohol-based, no water. You can read about it on their website. In just a few minutes they brought up a lot of dirt and lint from that carpet, and it looked very much different from the rest. I signed off on the job and they went to work, finishing up about an hour later. Just as advertised, the carpet was dry when they were done. It looked great, almost like new. I was also offered a small tub of the cleanser for stains and spills for $20, and since we have dogs I bought it. If you buy the cleanser, you get a discount future jobs, too, but there's no pressure. The entire experience was very positive.

A fantastic experience.........the technician, Miguel Polo, arrived on time - looked at all the areas that were to be cleaned and then gave me a price for the job. He gave me a demonstration of the process on a stain in the dining area and within minutes the stain was gone and the area was dry. He then did 5 rooms, the stairs, and a loft area. I was really impressed with the process and the technician. Everything was done within a couple of hours and it was DRY. The stains are gone - and there is no odor. My cat, who would have noticed, walked on the carpet immediately. The technician put everything back in it's place. I will definitely use this company again and ask for Miguel by name.

It was easy to schedule an appointment to fit my calendar. They came out exactly at the agreed time on a Saturday. They moved all movable furniture. Took about 1 hour, put everything back and clean. Very courteous. They honored the coupon downloaded from the web. Very smooth!

My wife and I were considering replacing the carpet in our living room. After reading a review about Carpet DryClean we decided to give them a try first. Can called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Miguel Polo arrived a few minutes early. We reviewed the living room, stairs and hallway. Miguel worked up a quote and gave me walked me through a demonstration. The results of the demonstration was excellent and Miguel began work on the living room. I a little over an hour and 30 minutes Miguel cleaned the living room, stairs, and hall way. Miguel worked the entire time and took extra care in areas with my kids had created spots on the carpet. When my wife got home she was amazed at how well the carpet looked. We are so happy with the results and with the work Miguel has done, we have scheduled an appointment for them to come back and clean the carpets in the rest of the house. I will even be scheduling them to clean my rental property in May.

After not having a great deal of luck with steam cleaning and extracting carpets, I decided to try this different type of service. Customer service was very good. Results were OK, but nothing special, especially since the price is higher than average for carpet cleaners. Stairs didn't look nearly as good as the rest of the floors either. I also don't like the residual dust. I've vacuumed twice since they left (with a top of the line Oreck vacuum), and I still get little white dust particles on all my dark wood furniture. Bottom line is that if you want carpet that you can walk on right away and are into organic everything, you may enjoy this service. Otherwise, it's a toss-up between them and other old-fashioned steam and extraction cleaners.

I got them from Angie's List. To be perfectly honest we never really had carpets before and our carpets were stained. I mean, everyone else seemed to like rave about how they were able to get out all these old stains etcetera and I thought they did an okay job but it wasn't like they really got rid of my old stains. He did clean the spot beforehand and it looked better, so, we decided to go ahead and have it done. He was very upfront about it; he said that we couldn't get out the orange sort of stains so we decided not to do one room. At that point we were like "let?s give it a try" and it was a little bit better but now that like a month has gone by you can kind of see the stains where they were. So, it is kind of like almost the stains didn't really come out but like the top layer was cleaner. He told me upfront with the Berber carpet that it was very hard to get the stains out so I can?t fault him but it really wasn't all that great when it came to get the stains out. I really don't have a lot to compare to in terms of price because we've never really had carpets or had carpets cleaned before so I don't think it was overly expensive. He was very upfront about not being able to get the stains out. I would probably not use them in future.

It was great! Our technicians Carlo and Marlon were very professional, quick and did a wonderful job. They explained the entire process from start to finish.

Three kids, two dogs and a cat will take its toll on any carpet. They got out many stains, and at least I feel the carpets are clean, even if they couldn't perform miracles in my son's room, or on the red wine my spouse continues to spill -- at least the red is gone!

Staff arrived as scheduled. Conducted a short demo of their cleaning process. Provided a more precise quote for the areas identied for the cleaning. Asked to be shown problem areas we wanted to be corrected. Primarily problem areas were pet stains. Cleaning was conducted and the result including the areas of concern were cleaned beautifully. Total time to do the whole job was about two hours.

Miguel Polo went out of his way, last minute from Durham to Holly Springs, to accommodate my urgent request. And, even though I offered to pay at a premium, their rates were consistent, on the extremely competitive edge and very fair. He introduced himself, ensured he understood my needs, took measurements, confirmed the quote, explained the process to me, and proficiently completed the task. I selected their services based on their reviews in combination with the water-less service. I was very comfortable in making my selection. They confirmed my satisfaction all at a last minute. Very very pleased.

The areas entering two bedrooms were wearing and were dirty compared to the rest of the rooms. Miguel arrived when expected; cleaned the areas (and a little more) that needed to be cleaned; and you can't tell that he didn't do the whole room! It all looked like new and blended beautifully. The 5 x 7 area rug had dog stains and it was cleaned and deodorized and looks like a new rug. I am extremely satisfied with the results obtained in both the bedrooms and the area rug.

It was great and they did a very good job. They showed up on time and they did a much better job than I thought that they would.

It went well overall. I found the odor to be too strong to stay in the house, but the stains came out better than I imagined they would and the carpets look great. Mr. Polo was very friendly and I know he worked hard to do a good job.

The carpets look great. All of the pet spots and stains are gone, and the crew left them looking far better than before they arrived. I'm very pleased with the service and will use them again.

First let me say WOW!!! Ok, I called on Wednesday hoping to be able to get a Friday appointment. I knew it was last minute and was prepared to be laughed at. But, Earl seemed unconcerned about such a small notice. He said that they could do my job of 3 rooms and a foyer and would be there at the time I requested of 10 am. Today Carlo and Froilan showed up on time and were very personable. I liked them instantly. Carlo gave me a sample area on my own rug to show me what to expect. I was excited but not sure. My carpet had some previous stains from old owners andsome pet stains from when we lost our old male dog a few monthsw ago. I let them get to therework and in less than 2 hours I was presented with what looked like brand new carpeting. My mouth hung open and I could not beleive my eyes! The carpets were spectacular!!! I was so pleased I already scheduled them to return just before Christmas and clean again for the holiday! Carlo and Froilan were absolutely wonderful. Carlo was very knowledgable and I was super excited.

Very good service, arrived on time and cleaned both the carpet and rug very thoroughly. Carlo was the technician and was very professional and did a great job. He had to go over the carpet in the bedroom 3 times because the carpet is light colored and was soiled from teh dog. Excellent work.

I had very high quality plush carpet that was very old. Cream colored. Spots that hadn't come up in 5 yrs worth of trying with every other product and company came up (or at least haven't come back) after Carpet DryCleaning provided the service. Very knowledgeable, diligent, hugely professional staff.

I wasn't there, as we hadn't moved in yet. The Polo crew was great- called me prior to service and after, with detailed explanations of what was completed.

After having carpet cleaners over the years leave my carpets & furniture sopping wet most every time - these people were fantastic. What a pleasure to walk on rugs right away - me and the dog & cats. They followed up with a call to see if I was satisfied and were so professional. I also like that they leave you with a bucket of the cleaning "powder" for spot cleaning and will refill free after next cleanings.
