Two guys from Carpet Dryclean arrived in the scheduled timeframe, walked the areas and gave me an estimate. They then showed me process and got started. I asked them if they had time to do the dining room rug after they got started and they took the time to do that too. The guys were very nice and professional and the carpets looked great. Will definitely use them again.

Did work in a timely manner. They were professional and pleasant. When job was complete Elmer went over everthing they had done. They made sure everthing had been done to my satisfaction before leaving. This was my first time using Angie's list. It will not be the last thanks to good info on list and good service from Carpet Dryclean

Carpet DryClean came to clean our carpets at noon on Thurs 11/18/10. Victor along with a crew of two others came right on time. In fact, he had called beforehand to see if they could come earlier, but we were still having our carpet re-stretched to remove some wrinkles. (Side Note: When I first called Carpet Dryclean I had asked about carpet stretching and Earl referred a contractor who did an exceptional job at a good price as well.) Victor and his crew were great. My wife and I were very impressed with their level of customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. They only charge for the square footage actually cleaned so if you don't want the bed moved for example then that area is not counted. We like the fact that the product they use is kid/pet friendly and that it sanitizes. This was especially important to us since we have two small children and another one on the way. Our carpet is off-white and hadn't been professionally cleaned since we moved into the house 4 years ago. So we had a lot of spots and stains. Afterwards, all of them were removed and the carpet looked brand new. It also had a fresh clean smell to it. In the past, we have steam cleaned professionally and on our own.The dry clean method produced much better results with greater ease and convenience. And no having to wait for the carpet to dry! The guys were very thorough, but also quick and efficient. Everything was completed in just under 2 hours. When they were done they made sure we inspected every inch and that we were completely satisfied before they left. Not to mention, within fifteen minutes of them leaving we got a follow-up call from their front office making sure everything went well. Lastly, I also like the fact that they offer to leave some of their product with you to use on your own. Make sure to mention Angies List to get your discount! (I actually forgot until Victor asked how we found out about them.) We will be using Carpet DryClean again. Happy to recommend these guys....call them.....what they offer is well worth it!

While they may cost a little more than traditional carpet cleaners, their product and service are exceptional. We have pets (who have accidents). Not a problem with this product/service. Stains and odors are gone! They made our carpets look new again. We've used steam cleaning companies and have tried to steam clean the carpet ourselves. Nothing compares to the work performed by Carpet Dryclean. We're repeat customers and will use them again.

After months of putting up with brown carpets (suppose to be off-white) from the dog bringing in evidence from lying in the dirt all day, we searched Angie's List for a carpet cleaner. Based on the reviews, we decided to give CarpetDryClean a call. They were able to come out the next day so I took off work early to meet them. They said they would be there b/w 2-4pm. Around 2:30, I called to make sure they were still coming. They put me on hold and called the technician and found out they were running late from the previous job. I told them no problem. 2 minutes later, I got a call from the owner apologizing and asking if I received a call letting me know they would be later than expected. I said no and he assured me this was not their normal operating procedure. I told him how much I appreciated his followup communication and understand that these things happen. A little while later, Ferdie and Carlo should up, measure the carpet area, explain the process, quote a price, and get straight to work. First they treated a really badly stained area to show me the results. Amazing! Carpet looked like new again. They continued with the rest of the house as I went around ahead of them exposing as much carpet as possible. They moved most furniture and we were very pleased with the final result. A little pricier than steam cleaning, but we didn't have to wait for the carpet to dry and it includes disinfectant, which is usually extra with steam cleaning. I would highly recommend CarpetDryClean!

First he gave us a good lesson about how it all works, he showed us a sample square on the carpet, and then he did his thing! He sprinkled the powder on the entire house, and used a high powered electric brush to scrub the carpets. Then he vacuumed. It looked like new....almost....it even fluffed some of the matted down areas! Thank again, Polo!

This is the second time that I have used this company and have had excellent results both times. Not only is the process great but the people that represent this organization are great as well. Will use again and highly recommend.

The technician arrived fifteen minutes early. I showed him the areas which I wanted cleaned. He told me upfront that the carpet (which is twenty years old) would be improved from the cleaning but not all areas would be perfect (like new). I told him to go ahead with the cleaning. I left him to his work and he was done in about an hour and a half. He encouraged me to inspect the job which I did and I told him I was impressed and satisfied. A person from the company did a followup call to ask how I was satisfied with the job and if I had any questions.

Carpet had some very ugly stains in one of the bedrooms where our grandchildren sleep and play. Also hallway was very dirty. The other two bedroom although stains not as bad, also had stains. I was out of town and my daughter came over to meet the crew. She was impressed with them and how they handled the cleaning. Upon my return I was very anxious to see how the carpet looked, even though my daughter had told me it looked good. As soon as I reached the hallway, I knew that I would be happy. Hallway looked great. I went to the bedroom with the nasty stains and they were gone. There was one that you could see where they stain had been but for the most part, it was all gone. The other two bedrooms looked great. I turned to my husband and told him that it looked like a brand new carpet. We were both very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely used them again.

It went well. The cleaning material leaves an odor that I found a bit overpowering but it disappeared after three or four days. The worker took care to go over spots where there was extra dirt or staining and managed to get these out.

Ferdi and his crew were very prompt and professional. They worked very hard to remove some old and severe pet urine stains from the carpet in the home we just bought. We all agreed from the start that the carpet would probably need to be replaced but wanted to try cleaning before replacing. The urine smell and stains did not come out in this particular case, but I really liked the process and working with Ferdi. I would recommend the dry cleaning method and working with this company.

I would reccommended Dry Cleaning your carpet over the traditional steam cleaning. Our carpet looked like new when the technician had finished our home. Our house had a fresh smell, and we were able to walk on our carpets, without getting our socks wet. I would reccommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned. Carlo & Joe called prior to arrival and came exactly as scheduled. After a brief demo from Carlo the two got to work cleaning the living room carpet as well as a hallway and two bedrooms. Carlo and Joe were quick and efficient as well as courteous. The carpet looks great and I would definitely recommend using their service. Great experience.

We bought a new house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned. I called Carpet DryCleaners and received a prompt response an hour or so later. They were able to come out within 3 days. They arrived, prepped the carpet, cleaned it and our loveseat. They were on time and finished in a little over an hour. Overall a perfect experience.
