Elmer and one other worker came both times. They both were punctual and courteous. A call was made to me by their office to comfirm our appointment on day of cleaning. Both Elmer and the other worker were very courteous and attentive. They did an excellent job and made sure that I was happy with the work done. Our carpet had numerous stains, especially in hallway and in master bedroom. After they finished, it looked like a brand new carpet. Will use them again next year as every time they come I am always extremely satisfied with their work.

Our technician, Carlo, called at 8:00 am to confirm our appointment between 9:00 - 9:30. He was very prompt and professional. Measured the areas and gave me a quote. He asked if I had any special concerns and then quickly got to work. The carpets look great and they are DRY! We bought the bucket of the dry solution that he uses for $20 and he will refill it each time we use them at no charge. We also automatically receive a 10% discount each time in the future. Carlo did a great job. We won't use anyone else again!

I was really excited about having my family room cleaned. He arrived on time and was very professional until the end. At the beginning we discussed the stains, I informed him of what the stains were in the carpet and he proceeded with the service as if I was gonna be happy. I was informed AFTER the service was completed that there was nothing you could do about cleaning berber carpet, it just needed replacing and it was the worse carpet for cleaning. So therefore my carpet LOOKED EXACTLY the same when he left as it did when he arrived. The only difference was the room smelt deodorized. I feel like I should have been given the information before the service was provided so I had the chance to decline the service. I did contact the owner and explained my frustration. We put everything into consideration and were able to come to an agreement where we both were satisfied.

I called on Thursday to obtain an estimate and they were able to come out the next day. I had used this company years ago when we lived in another home and was pleased with the results. Carpet DryClean had been recommended to me by a co-worker at the time. I was thinking of calling another company that uses steam, but did not like the idea of wet carpets and having to wait for them to dry. Even though it cost me a bit more to use Carpet DryClean, the appeal of not having wet carpets and my gpod past experience with them swayed me to use them again. And I was not disappointed. I was given an appointment window of 2-4p Friday afternoon. I received a call from Victor at 1:30pm telling me they would be at my home by 2:30. Victor and his team arrived at the promised time. We walked through my home and I showed him the areas to be cleaned and stains that needed special attention. He used an electronic tape measure to assess the square footage of the areas to be cleaned. And gave me the precise cost of the work (which was in line with the phone estimate). Victor and his team got to work. The cleaning material has a strong, but clean smell, however, I noticed that one everything was vacuumed up the carpets and house just smelled fresh and not overwhelming at all. All the crevices were vacuumed and none of the white cleaning material was left behind (ok, I found a tiny amount around one of the legs of a couch). The stains on the carpet from where my dogs likes to eat his treats were gone! My carpets were clean and looked great. The pile of the fibers, no longer dirty, looked and felt soft and fluffy and there is no grainy residue. Other companies may dry clean, but they are not Carpet DryClean. I walked through the cleaned areas with Victor and gave my approval. I signed off on the work, made my payment after Victor called the office and I gave my credit card info over the phone (as opposed to writing it down on the work receipt). While I was going over things with Victor, the other 2 team members re-loaded the van. I was given a refrigerator magnet for Carpet DryClean and a brochure for 10% off any cleaning job done within the next 12 months. Easy peasy!

The machine they used damaged the wall upstairs. They were prompt and I am unaware if the method to clean the carpet was appropriate. I may not use them in future.

They arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very professional and talked to me about what they were going to do and asked about moving furniture and got the job done very quickly and efficiently.

My daughter was actually excited about the results and how they presented themselves when they came to the house.

Elmer was on time, friendly, measured the area and gave me estimate, tested an area to show me the quality before the whole job was done and, let me tell you... it was worth it! The carpets look brand new! It took him and his assistant 2 hours. The smell was slightly strong but not unpleasant. It faded within 24 hours. We were very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!

The technician arrived on time and explained the procedure to me. He vacuumed, treated and cleaned the carpets leaving them looking brand new. He was able to remove stains that I had worked on with several different products. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Carpet cleaners (3 men) arrived on time. The lead man,Victor, demonstrated the cleaning process, which involves spot cleaning with a powder, then spreading a layer of micro sponges imbedded with an organic cleaning substance. The sponges are brushed into the carpet via machine, then vacuumed up after awhile. The carpet is never wet, and can be walked on immediately. My white carpets (came with the house) looked great after they were cleaned...spots were gone and carpets were fluffier than before. Best of all, my grandson can now crawl on the floor without fear of an asthma attack.

I looked them up on Angie's list. I got a live person right away, always a plus. They put me on hold for about 2 minutes and then the owner answered the phone. Gave me an estimate with limited information (I didn't know the exact square footage) which turned out to be spot on. I made an appointment for the next business day. They gave me a 30 minute window between 9-9:30 AM (which I appreciated). It didn't matter, because they showed up right on time at 9 AM. Elmer was super friendly and courteous. They cleaned my carpets brilliantly and they were left DRY as promised. Start to finish, took about 2 hours to clean all the carpet.Furthermore, they found a ring worth about $600 under my couch that I thought I left in a hotel somewhere. If they had kept it, I would have never known. But, Elmer gave it to me when he found it. Honest, dependable, efficient, great service, good price. Can't get any better than that! I will be using their services again.

I am very pleased, I could see the difference in color right away! Vance was very professional and efficient. He explained everything to me first and tested his technique in the area of my preference and only then asked if I wanted the services at all. I had a pet stain for over a year in the master bedroom and I couldn't believe my eyes when it was suddenly gone!!! Great job guys!

Because I was so impressed with the price, process and the results, I had additional carpets cleaned Rock (the owner and worker), offered me a good price for the additional carpets in my hallway, steps, a 4th bedroom downstairs, family room, and an oriental rug in entry for a total of $300. (total for all rooms). I was very pleased with the results. The carpets looked like NEW! Our light beige carpets in the bedrooms had some stains that were completely removed and all the soiled areas were cleaned very well. No water process and clean scent were very desirable! All work was done very well, and the owner was very professional. I recommend this service wholeheartedly. I have already recommended the business to my acquaintances.

I called Carpet Dryclean because they had previously cleaned carpets in my home (prior to my purchase) and because of the reports on Angie's List. We scheduled the appointment for early in the day several days later. On the morning they were to come, I got a call at 8 am telling me who would be coming and confirming the appointment time. They had given me a half-hour window to expect the crew to arrive. Shortly after the earlier time given, the crew called me to advise me that they would be late because of a traffic accident that had tied up traffic on I-540. They arrived about an hour later, cleaned all the spots on my carpet and cleaned the three rooms. Prior to leaving, they instructed me as to how to care for the carpet in the next few days and how to prevent stains later. They offered to sell me some of their cleaning product but graciously explained how to use it when they learned that I already had the product (which I'd never used because I wasn't sure how to use it). All in all, I was very pleased with the crew that came to do the work and with the work they did.

We spent about $400 or $500 on that service it was more than we wanted to. Everything was very good and they did what they said they would and they had the same guy come out twice.

Victor and crew did a spectacular job. They came out ready to work and did the whole house, couches and stairs in under 2 hours. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I have used Victor with Carpet Dry Clean more than once. While they aren't the cheapest service, I've always been satisfied with their work.

Carpet Dry Clean had a technician at my home several hours after my 8:00 am call to address the large hallway stain. Carlo was professional, polite and courteous and called before he arrived to let me know he could come a little earlier than scheduled (which was great for me!) I was informed ahead of time that the red food dye is very difficult to remove given its nature. Carlo worked and worked on it and it is vastly improved. He applied a longer term treatment and advised to leave it for 2 days and then vacuum it. We had just completed a first floor renovation and the steps and hallway needed to be cleaned anyway. They looked so much better after treatment. I purchased a container of the carpet cleaning powder for future emergencies. Carpet Dry Clean will refill it for free during subsequent cleanings. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the technician, Carlo, and recommend this company.

I received a call to schedule service promptly. Someone even called the morning of service to verify someone would be home. The technician arrived on time, measured the amount of carpet to be cleaned subtracting out any furniture I did not want moved, and gave me an estimate. He performed the work in a timely manner. There was no residual smell of any chemicals and the carpets looked much better. Any stains that existed before are now gone.

Our experience with them was good. The people that came out were really nice, polite and on time; it was everything that I would expect. The carpet cleaning itself was a fine job; however, it was not exactly what we were expecting. We would probably use them again in the future.

The technician was fine and pleasant. Did the job as expected. Sold container of carpet cleaning powder, which includes free refills each time they clean my carpets. I can spot clean using the powder between their service which I like.

We just moved into a new house that was filled with stains! However I came home to a wonderful smelling house stain free! I was very impressed that they were able to get most of the stains up, considering the condition and age of the carpet. We also purchased the powder after wards which they will refill forever. Some of the spots that did not initially come up completely they recommended putting the powder on it, leaving it for a couple hours then vacuuming up. It works amazing, like a sponge and absorbs the dirt and stains. Not to mention it is a completely dry process so you do not have to wait hours for it to dry.

Two guys from Carpet Dryclean arrived in the scheduled timeframe, walked the areas and gave me an estimate. They then showed me process and got started. I asked them if they had time to do the dining room rug after they got started and they took the time to do that too. The guys were very nice and professional and the carpets looked great. Will definitely use them again.
