I have no complaints. The man that came was punctual, polite and explained what the process was. He measured each area to be cleaned and deducted any measurements for furniture that he could not move. I was charged only for the areas that were cleaned. He told me upfront what the cost would be and there were no hidden fees. The owner called as a follow up to make sure that I was satisfied. I selected this company after reading reviews on Angie's List.

Overall, he is very profesional and patient. We are very happy for the outcome. The only concern is you can see lots white dust after it is dry. I think it is the leftover clean material.

Very professional. Very forthcoming with what to expect, i.e., what stains (oil-based paints) would likely not come out. Explained what I needed to do to follow-up with spot cleaning as needed. I raised the matter of future cleaning I might need and received a very courteous, no sales pitch response.

Great experience. This is the 2nd time we have used Carpet Dry Clean and Ferdl, Ray, and Tuks were polite, professional and efficient. Ferdl, Ray, and Tuks were done the job in about 45 minutes and the carpets look like new and smell great too! They arrived on time and got right to work. I love that this process is dry and there is no wait time before walking on carpets. Thank you for your services, will recommend your company to friends and families.

They were able to clean much more thoroughly than I had anticipated, including the stains left by a geriatric dog and cat. Work was done quickly without wasted time and effort. I would definitely want them to come again.

A crew of two arrived on the dot. Both very friendly, and got down to business. We are extremely pleased with the results. How nice to have dry carpet instead of a day or two of damp with furniture on plastic strips. Supposedly the use of dry chemicals prevents mold from growing in the pad caused by water used in steam/wet cleaning..

Called in the morning, was scheduled for same day afternoon between 2 and 4. Victor called me at 1:30 to say he would arrive at 2:00. The three man crew arrived promptly at 2:00. After measuring the rooms to be cleaned, and deducting footage for furniture too large to move, they went to work. The job was thorough and professional, took only an hour and cost exactly the quoted up front charge. There were no extra charges for things like enzyme odor neutralizers, etc. The carpet was dry to walk on. I kept Victor's card, and will request him again. Goodbye Stanley Steemer, for good. I'll no longer have to deal with wet carpets, damaged furniture and pressure to add a big tip.

I called the company and spoke with the owner, telling him I was interested in carpet cleaning and having our sofa cleaned. We talked about other rooms and since they understandably can't give an exact estimate (except for an average sofa), I told him I would wait and see how much the carpet cleaning cost and then add more rooms depending on the total cost when his service person was here. Interestingly, he asked me where I heard about them. I told him the local coupon mailer, because if you receive it, their coupon is for $20 off and they are offering Angie's List members less ($15 off). I guess if it was my business, I would offer Angie's List members the same discount of $20. It's difficult to give an "A to F" grade for this company. I thought the service guy did a good job with the carpet. It only felt slightly wet--definitely better than the companies I've used before who leave you with sopping wet carpet. The person they sent was a different story. I rated the company a "C" for professionalism for these reasons: 1) The person talked about how busy he was that day, and how many customers ask just for him and actually suggested that he not clean the sofa. Instead (for my $20 "discount"), he would leave me with a bucket of cleaning solution and I could clean the sofa and any future carpet spots myself. Then when I use the company again, they would refill my bucket. If I hadn't wanted him out of the house by this time (see the other comment), I would have insisted that he clean the sofa as planned with the owner. 2) I was in the house alone that morning, and usually I am not paranoid or concerned with repair or service people in our home when I am by myself. I felt very uneasy with his talk about his history getting in with bad people, illegal substances and commenting on our religions. These were all unprofessional topics. I kept my dog close and the phone closer. I am not going to mention his name or give him lower than a "C", for actual fear that if he loses his job he may appear again on our doorstep. I'm very uncomfortable with Angie's List revealing our name and address to the owner, and I'm requesting the owner not share our name and address with his employee. The sad fact is, I would hire this company again but would request this person not to service our account and for them to actually clean what was requested (i.e. the sofa).

I love them. They don't do the deep steam clean where it's wet. Instead, they do a dry clean. When they leave here my carpet looks new and it's 20 years old. They do such a good job. I will probably be calling them to come out again soon. The man that they sent out worked really hard. They weren't here that long because it was just one room, but they worked very hard. It was wonderful.

I had the stairs and the carpet cleaned in our basement walk-out family room and it came out very well, even considering that cat urine stains were involved. Terry arrived exactly on time, after calling an hour before to confirm, and was finished in a little over an hour - very quick and easy. The floor was ready to be walked on immediately. I was left a bucket of the cleaning material that I can use on fresh stains as well. Terry also gave me the name of a person who could come and just replace the pad under the area by the stairs that had the worst of the urine odor. I appreciated that tip and will call the person he referred. All in all a good experience.

The company called on the morning of the appointment to remind us of the appointment and the time that the technician was going to arrive. Terry was our technician, who arrived on time. He was very professional, had a positive attitude about his job, and went right to work. He removed most of the stains that were in the master bedroom and the stains on the stairs were removed as well. I love the dry chemical process. Not only does it leave your carpets dry and immediately useable, but it leaves your carpeting with a good smell. The job took Terry about 2 1/2 hours. My husband and I were pleased with the quality of the work done. The price of the job,however, was very high in my view. I have never had to pay such a high amount to get my carpets cleaned. I was unaware that carpet drycleaning costs significantly more than steam cleaning, if that in fact is the case. Other than the price,the quality of the work done was excellent.

We are real happy with them; they come out a couple of times a year. Their pricing is right in line and we prefer the dry cleaning because it is instantly usable, has a nice aroma when it is done and seems to do a really good job. They have really good customer service, are very punctual and have good attention to detail. They are really professional and move stuff out of the way to make sure it is done right before they leave. The dry cleaning process seems to be a little more expensive than steam cleaning but I think you get more for your money. I will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time. He tested a bad spot to make sure we would be satisfied with the work. They went right to work and did everything within a reasonable amount of time. He was very courteous, friendly, and very willing to please. We also got a tub of their cleaner to clean any spots or spills before they come the next time.

We'd just moved in and the carpet had horrible stains, which came off for the most part. Very happy with the result. Very professional and courteous. They had to move some furniture. They charged $ 40 cents/square foot.

They were very professional and informative from the initial call while making sure that I understood the process. I had read it online so had been prepared. Day of the cleaning, they were on time and polite. New process to me but took the time to show me what they were doing. It was nice to be able to walk on the carpets immediately after they left but I did do a second vacuum just as a matter of my own personal comfort. Little more expensive than I was hoping for but being able to walk on the carpet right away (and not cranking up the air to help dry it out) made up for that.

My initial email for a quote was answered within 24 hours in a detailed fashion, breaking down several prices for various items I was thinking about having cleaned, besides my dining room chairs, which were my top priority. The prices seemed very reasonable. When I finally got around to calling them back regarding the work, they were able to schedule an appointment the next day and gave me a one hour window for their arrival time and a promise to call and let me know when they were on the way. Tommy called when he left his previous appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional and courteous the entire visit. He told me my options regarding the stain, had no issue with my deciding not to clean the rest of the chairs, and gave me a referral to another business who he thought would be able to remove the stain for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will gladly call him next time when I am ready to clean my couch and love seat and downstairs carpet!

Wonderful experience and fantastic crew!

Two gentlemen worked diligently on my couch for over an hour. They carefully rubbed into the fabric a white powder and then vacuumed it out. The couch is once again a vibrant red, well done! However, I did rate the quality a "B" because they couldn't quite get my husband's hair odor out of the top cushions. I will use them again.

Victor and his crew came out and were extremely knowledgeable about their product, pricing, and services. They don't charge extra for deoderizing and stain removal because the basic cleaning does this already. Victor told me to vacuum the next day. More debris would be removed. I actually had my 16 year old do it. He commented that he thought I was asking him to do it just to keep him busy but he was amazed at the additional dirt and residue that came up. We have a rainbow vacuum so it is immediately visable. We have since had some spills on the carpet and the stain protective agent in the cleaning really works. I have shared the 3 referrence cards with friends and builders that I know. I will not use another service. The price is a little more but in the long run it's MUCH cheaper! I will also prefer that Victor and his crew be the ones who come. Very efficient.

They cleaned 2-3 rooms. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about giving us information on certain stains. He told us why they did a certain procedure and what the stain was and the cleaning would do. He just gave us information and explained things to us. They were excellent. It was such a different system. We always had a different kind of system and this was amazing to watch the whole process. They also left a full bucket of cleaner that we could use if we have a spill or something. I thought that was great and that is something nobody would do normally. He showed us how to use it.

I had purchased an Angie's Deal with Carpet Dry Clean and had intended to have only the great room and dining room cleaned. After seeing the results I asked if they would have time to clean the upstairs before their next appointment. They gave an estimate and proceeded to continue cleaning. My carpet is 21 years old and is silver colored. It had terrible stains that neither I or other carpet cleaning companies were able to remove. Many were pet stains (cat vomit) and some dark, grease like stains so this light carpet was a mess. I felt it was probably a hopeless situation. But after reading all the positive reviews on Angie's I decided to give carpet cleaning one more try. I could not believe the miracle they performed, simply amazing. The cleaning method made the carpets smell so good and the fibers were soft to walk on with bare feet because all that grime had been worked out of the fibers. Thank you Elmer and your partner for doing such a fantastic job. Elmer was so hard working, down on his knees scrubbing out the most stubborn stains that needed extra attention after the initial removal by the machine. Also I was surprised that they were willing to drive to my home as it was quite a distance from their office. Definitely hire them.

Excellent service! They came on time and left my home looking and smelling fantastic!

I thought the whole process went very well...and I would definitely use them again.
